Last night, the highly anticipated 'The Last Dance' documentary aired on ESPN where it detailed Michael Jordan's epic NBA career as it also showed his early days in North Carolina and winning a national championship at the University of North Carolina. This is a 10-part series as the first two already aired.

This documentary has already made a huge case so far as to why Jordan is the greatest basketball player ever. Scottie Pippen was also his teammate and one of the most underrated NBA legends.

One of the topics discussed in regards to Pippen was his very bad contract with the Bulls. He signed a seven-year, $18 million deal and that was nothing compared to what Jordan was getting at in his last two years with Chicago which was $30 million per season.

Pippen didn't start getting paid the money he deserved until he left the Bulls and signed a five-year 67.2 million contract with the Houston Rockets. He ended up getting traded to the Portland Trailblazers after one season though though as a result of a feud with Charles Barkley.

While many felt that Pippen didn't get the contracts he deserved over the course of his playing career, his ex-wife, Larsa, shut all of that speculation down on Twitter hours after The Last Dance ended. As evident with his yearly salaries, he definitely did secure the bag.

Larsa posted a Bleacher Report article detailing how Scottie earned 109,102,430 during his NBA career. This is also $20 million more than Jordan. Her caption on Twitter read "Thx for your concern Scottie did ok #TheLastDance"

Back in December, The Blast obtained legal documents stating that filed his declaration of disclosure, as he turned over all of his financial information to Larsa and their divorce was closed to being finalized. Larsa ended up allegedly cheating on Scottie with rapper Future. He still wanted to work things out but that simply didn't end up being the case after that drama unfolded. Scottie and Larsa had been married since 1997 and went on to have four children together.

Despite not them being a married couple anymore, it was nice to see Larsa have Scottie's back during The Last Dance documentary. They were together for a very long time and had a lot of happy times. She also witnessed first hand how amazing Scottie was on the court and that it wasn't just Michael Jordan who helped the Bulls win six championships. The documentary also did an amazing job of discussing the struggles that Scottie overcame at a young age to get to where he is in life today.
