Kamala Harris is making history YET AGAIN!

The first-ever Black, South Asian female Vice President will become President for a day.

On Friday, November 19, Biden’s Presidential powers were transferred over to Harris.

Biden was out of office due to a routine medical exam which included undergoing anesthesia for a colonoscopy.

White House press secretary, Jen Psaki, issued a statement about the transfer of power.

"The Vice-President will work from her office in the West Wing during this time," Psaki said in a statement.

She continued to explain the temporary transfer of power is routine. "As was the case when President George W Bush had the same procedure in 2002 and 2007," her statement said.

According to CNN, Biden arrived at the Walter Reed Medical Center on Friday, November 19, to undergo his first routine annual physical since taking office.

Biden will celebrate his 79th birthday tomorrow, Saturday, November 20.
