Miranda Lambert blew Instagram away with her latest share. The 36-year-old country singer updated her account just in time for the weekend, sharing a snap that gave a nod to her Texas roots – the “Bluebird” singer was also showing that her IdyllWind clothing brand is giving back amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
The update comes amid headlines Miranda recently made for shocking the internet with throwbacks of herself with “Tiger King” stars Joe Exotic and John Flay. #WayTooPrettyForPrison may have been the hashtag used on April 13, but today’s post seemed to stop at simply “pretty.”
Miranda’s photo (seen below) showed her drenched in sunlight and on an abandoned road backed by wind turbines, scorched greenery, and hills. The star had been photographed walking amid the dusty road and carrying her guitar, seen rocking a stylish sleeveless mini dress in white – fringe details here and Miranda’s earthy-toned cowboy boots upped the country feel.
Snapped with her tattoos on show and her long blonde hair blowing in the wind, Miranda was pulling off bombshell vibes as she knocked the camera dead.
A caption from Miranda mentioned both her Idyllwind brand, plus the efforts the company is making amid the global pandemic.
“For a lot of us right now, receiving a package in the mail can be a ray of sunshine and the highlight of our day. @idyllwind wants to #sharesomelove and give 5 of y’all a chance to win a “little box of happy” filled with @idyllwind products from the latest collection. To enter, head on over to @idyllwind and visit the link in their bio!” she wrote.
Racking up over 18,000 likes, the update proved popular overall, but comments quickly pointing out the offer’s limits were quick to come in.
“Canadians are bummed to not be eligible,” one user wrote.
“I tried to but I live in Canada and it’s only the States,” another said.
For others, though, the singer looking breath-taking was all they needed – “my fav,” one wrote, with another saying: “Beautiful.”
Packages have been mentioned by Miranda herself of late. An update made last week saw the singer call getting care packages from her mother “a highlight.”
Miranda’s post had spoken of being off the road – there’s been her “Wildcard” tour – as she wrote:
“After being off of the road hangin at my farm in TN, and being still, I have come to realize just how important connection with home is. I have relied on virtual happy hours and calls to family and friends so much. Getting care packages from Mom has been a highlight!
“My roots growing up in Texas taught me a lot of things I’m using now more than ever. Drive an old truck ( Tammy pictured is my prize possession since I was 17 years old, a red 55 step side, 3 on the tree. )” she added.
Miranda has 3.9 million Instagram followers.
