Ayesha Curry might be facing a $10 million lawsuit, but the 31-year-old wife to NBA star Steph Curry kept the mood light on her social media today. The cookbook queen’s Friday Instagram update came dedicated to family life amid the COVID-19 pandemic. It also came with an insight into what the Golden State Warriors player finds “sexy” on his wife.
Ayesha is being sued by a celebrity branding company – one that allegedly helped her launch her own brand. Flutie Entertainment states it helped build Ayesha into the powerhouse name that she is today, claiming that it was cut off from all profits and ownerships following a five-year agreement with her that ended in 2019.
Ayesha’s post today opened with a snap of her on an outdoor terrace with chalk artwork clearly having been crafted by her children. The “Family Food Fight” star was standing holding her phone and a tumbler, seen posing in a skimpy dark gray crop top worn braless, with a quick flashing of her super-flat stomach.
“Mom” jeans was Ayesha’s taken on her high-waisted and acid-wash gray jeans, with the star also rocking white Birkenstock sandals as she smiled with zero makeup and her hair in a bun. A quick swipe to the right showed more shots of the chalk drawings.

“Art projects and mom jeans. I wear these Birkenstock’s to keep @stephencurry30 guessing. He just thinks they’re so sexy… ? (he cant stand them and I feel like he’s now going to wear over the knee denim shorts again because of this to spite me ) ? ahhhhh balance,” Ayesha wrote.
Racking up over 52,000 likes in under 60 minutes, the update appeared a hit. Celebrity likes quickly came in from 22-year-old reality star Savannah Chrisley and actress Olivia Munn.
Early responses to the post appeared to show few – if any – mentions of the legal headline-making from Ayesha this week. Many users remarked on the star’s weight, with one fan writing: “Girl you are so skinnnnay.”
One of the most-liked comments saw Ayesha asked how she keeps her post-baby body in shape.
“How did you lose your weight? Are you on a specific diet? Please share,” the fan wrote.
Home-cooked pasta, from scratch, featured in Ayesha’s Wednesday Instagram update – the knotted shirt worn as Ayesha prepped it once again showed rock-hard abs, though.
Alongside celebrating her 31st birthday while social distancing with husband Steph and the kids, Ayesha has been keeping her 7.3 million fans updated on her sweat sessions. A March update of the star and 32-year-old Steph answered how the couple is keeping the calories off – with a hilarious swipe showing a less-glamorous gym pose turn into a more Instagrammable one, though, the workout photos also showed that this couple is keeping the humor up.
Ayesha and Steph made headlines last month for donating 1 million meals to Oakland, CA students as they teamed up with a food bank amid COVID-19.
