Kylie Jenner‘s latest Instagram share came 100% dedicated to her 170 million followers. The 22-year-old billionaire and reality star hadn’t opted out of her glam entirely, but a caption contrasting Kylie’s end of March selfie – “bored in the house and I’m in the house bored” – did see the Kylie Cosmetics CEO focus on others amid hard times.
Today’s photo comes amid the mom to Stormi Webster clapping back to a fan stating that she looked better at 18. It also brought in a giant wave of positivity – Kylie was told: “Sorry coronavirus is inconvenient to you” last month after bikini throwbacks saw her miss her luxury travels.
Kylie’s photo showed her shot outdoors and on a stone path amid grass and tree trunks. The “Keeping Up With The Kardashians” star was staring deep into the lens as she covered up – while her gray marl bodysuit was skin-tight, it showed little flesh as Kylie also rocked Nike, high-top sneakers bearing French designer Dior’s iconic logo.
Showing her isolation roots as COVID-19 limits the glam squad opportunities, the Calabasas-based star also wore warming makeup – no accessories.
“Sending out my love and prayers & hoping this will all be over soon,” she captioned the shot.
Kylie’s fans don’t miss a thing. The star’s followers left her over 3.3 million likes by the time the update was an hour old, also proving swift to fill the comments section.
“The diors,” one user wrote.
“Send out those Diors too,” another said.
Elsewhere, fans appeared to appreciate the caption – “With this caption you ended the pandemic, thank you, Kylie,” one user wrote, appearing to exaggerate.
“I hope too, you look amazing,” another wrote.
Celebrity likes also came in from gymnast Simone Biles, model Sofia Richie, plus Britney Spears’ sister Jamie Lynn.
Kylie recently made headlines for swooping into the comments section of her own post as a fan told her she looked better prior to the February 2018 arrival of daughter Stormi, shared with rapper Travis Scott. The snap showing Kylie at the Las Vegas Sugar Factory opening in 2017 saw one fan write: “Wow she’s so skinny here.”
“She was better,” another replied.
Kylie clapped right back, writing: “I birthed a baby.”
Kylie famously concealed her pregnancy, with the birth announcement seeing Stormi break Instagram’s records for the most number of likes – the record has since been beaten by @worldrecordegg.
Kylie has also fronted media outlets as her 2015-founded Kylie Cosmetics brand starts producing. sanitizer amid the coronavirus pandemic, having already begun deliveries. Kylie Cosmetics, together with the Coty Inc mega-brand that now owns 51% of the company is to produce the product for hospitals in southern California. Much like 39-year-old sister Kim Kardashian’s KKW Beauty brand, though, Kylie Cosmetics has halted production.
Kylie has also donated $1 million to the coronavirus relief effort. This month saw the billionaire back in the news for financial reasons – Kylie is the world’s youngest self-made billionaire for the second year in a row.
