Kyle Richards appeared on the April 15 episode of Live! With Kelly and Ryan and during the show, which was filmed via video chat, she opened up about how she’s been holding up in quarantine with her husband, Mauricio Umansky, and their kids before dishing on what is to come on the upcoming 10th season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, which premieres tonight, April 15, on Bravo.
Right away, Richards admitted that there is one thing her husband has been doing that’s been driving her a bit crazy.
“He talks really loud on his business calls and sometimes when he’s pacing, he can get a little too close. Other than that, we’ve been getting along really well,” Richards said.
As for her kids, Richards has been enjoying time with her daughters, including Farrah Aldjufrie, 31, Alexia Umansky, 23, Sophia Umansky, 20, and Portia Umansky, 12, and sharing plenty of happy photos and videos of the family on TikTok.
Richards has also been doing puzzles and paintings with her kids as they remained locked down at the Encino, California home.
“It’s been amazing having my kids at home and with me all the time,” Richards admitted. “We’re doing things like puzzles and paintings and taking bike rides together. It’s been actually very nice.”
Although Richards loves having all four of her children close by, her 20-year-old daughter, Sophia, has gotten a bit annoyed by her positive outlook on life and recently said, “Can you not be so chipper when you say it’s so beautiful outside?”
The family has been quarantined with the rest of the country for over a month.
“This is season is no different when it comes to drama. It’s difficult,” she admitted. “We do have a lot fun. We go on trips [but] this is a show that follows our lives and what’s going on in our lives and there are a lot things that people don’t want to show and the women start clashing over it.”
“It’s not a good season for us but it’ll be a good season for viewers,” Richards continued. “A lot of things that come up you can’t really say who’s fault but the one thing you don’t want to come up on the show, that’s definitely coming up on the show. And what can I say? That’s part of the problem of being on reality television.”
To see more of Richards and her co-stars, don’t miss tonight’s premiere of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season 10 at 8 p.m. on Bravo.
