Rapper 50 Cent once held a close relationship with fellow New York artist Tekashi 6ix9ine to the point where he referred to twenty-three-year-old as his 'son'. However, 50 Cent began to distance himself from the rapper after 6ix9ine publically revealed himself as a federal informant and testified against the Nine Trey Bloods gang during his highly-publicized federal racketeering trial.

After becoming a person of interest during the trial, Tekashi 6ix9ine famously began to reveal further details of unrelated crimes in hopes of reducing his own sentence putting all of his acquaintances at risk.

50 Cent took the opportunity to continuously point out the flaws of the trial, as handled by the younger rapper, on social media by poking fun every given chance. Tekashi 6ix9ine was eventually charged and scheduled to serve a sentence ending on August 2, 2020, however it has just been announced that he was released early as prisons are high-risk during the current coronavirus pandemic.

50 Cent utilized this new development as a chance to diss both 6ix9ine and his son, who he has also had a long-standing feud with, on Instagram Live.

'Nah, I ain’t heard from 6ix9ine. He’s his mother’s child now. He told on everybody,' 50 Cent, whose real name is Curtis Jackson, told his followers during an Instagram Live. 'He better than Marquise, though. I’ll take him before I take my actual biological son. F— that n—.'

The 'Marquise' that 50 Centis referring to is his eldest son who bears his last name. He and Marquise have been fighting since the rapper's very public property and assets battle with Marquise's mother Shaniqua Tompkins.

The major asset, a $4 million home in Long Island, new exchanged hands because it was lost to a fire during the division. Tompkins claimed that 50 Cent was involved in the arson and 22-year-old Marquise Jackson, who was then 10-years-old, has sided with his mother's accusations.

Jackson has shared many additional details supporting his view of his father, including the fact that 50 Cent has remained absent from his life due to the dispute the 'Candy Shop' rapper has with Tompkins.

While Marquise Jackson feels punished for being his mother's son, he also witnesses how 50 Cent publicly spoils his younger half-brother, Sire.

Though most fans did not find the comment to be harsh, responding to 50 Cent with laughter as they often do with his antics, Marquise would not let it go and took to his own social media in defense of his father's comments.

'Did he just say he would claim a rat? Aww Nah, I want no part to that cheese,' Jackson responded after sharing the clip. 'I don’t know what y’all got going on over there. That’s some other s—t. Stupid!'
