Last year, Kylie Jenner surprised the world as she was announced as Forbes' youngest self-made billionaire. Many didn't believe that she was truly self-made due to growing up in a rich Kardashian/Jenner household but her Kylie Cosmetics line has propelled her to insane wealth.

Jenner is keeping this youngest self-made billionaire title in 2020 as well as Forbes announced this yet again. She is turning 23 in August as she is now being valued at $1.2 billion after another epic year.

Jenner sold 51% of her Kylie Cosmetics line to Coty Inc for $600 million at the end of 2019 and that helped skyrocket to the $1.2 billion estimate. This deal was completed in order for Coty to “focus the portfolio’s development, leveraging its global knowledge and capabilities in R&D, manufacturing, distribution, commercial and go-to-market expertise, as well as its deep understanding of the fragrances, cosmetics and skincare categories.”

The deal with Coty ended up being made official this past January. Forbes added that "cash from the sale and her remaining 49% share of the company make Jenner one of just 2,095 people in the world with a ten-digit fortune."

“I didn’t expect anything. I did not foresee the future,” Jenner said to Forbes in 2019. “But [the recognition] feels really good. That’s a nice pat on the back.”

The cosmetics line started back in 2014 with the first popular product being lip kits that were listed at $29. After success came quickly regarding these kits, Jenner launched 50,000 more in six different types. Her mom, Kris, initially handled finances while she handled social media promotion. All products by Kylie were sold only on her website until 2018 when she inked a distribution deal with Ulta Beauty.

Jenner becoming the youngest self-made billionaire again also makes her one of 10 billionaires in the world who are under the age of 30. Only three of them are self-made (Including Jenner) as the other two are John Collison, who cofounded Stripe and is at $3.2 billion, and Snapchat cofounder Evan Spiegel, who is at $1.9 billion.

Jenner is also a frequent star of E!'s 'Keeping Up With The Kardashians' which premiered its 18th season on March 26. Many were skeptical about how well it'd do but feedback on social media has been very positive.

Jenner has also recently been in rumors of getting back with Travis Scott. The two broke up last fall as they have a 2-year-old daughter named Stormi. They've reportedly just been "hooking up" lately. Kris supposedly isn't okay with this though and wants Scott to take a relationship with Kylie seriously. She wants the Houston rapper to propose and even end up having another child together. Kylie isn't enforcing these ideas but she's reportedly been open to the idea of another child and commitment such as marriage.

Nonetheless, Kylie is still doing it big with her $1.2 net worth and can sit comfortable as there is no rush for another child. We will see if she fully rekindles things with Scott this year and marriage is in the cards.
