Carrie Underwood Goes 'Baywatch' Babe In Unzipped Swim-Style Look With Tight Yoga Pants While Rock Climbing

Carrie Underwood went full bombshell last night, appearing in a new photo posted to the Fit52 app that accompanies her March 3-released "Find Your Path" book. The 37-year-old made headlines last month as her diet and exercise book became a New York Times Best-Seller – likewise for the spike in sales of the book as millions lead new lives from home.
A photo-heavy batch of images posted to the Fit52 Instagram late on Tuesday showed the "Southbound" singer for the muscle machine that she is.

The opening shot showed Carrie striking a sideways glance as she delivered both her fierce workout body and her glittering smile. The "American Idol" winner was resting her leg on a rock forming part of an indoor climbing wall, seen flaunting her world-famous legs in a skin-tight black pair of yoga pants – the likewise clingy and hooded top with a sleeveless design afforded "Baywatch" vibes from bold reds and a swimwear feel, plus an unzipped finish.
With her blonde hair blowing around her shoulders, a golden tan, and that killer frame in show, Carrie was looking sensational.

A quick swipe to the right showed the mom of two using the rock-climbing wall as she harnessed her upper body strength by dangling down while sporting baggy sweatpants and a black-and-white top. The star's killer legs then got their own image as Carrie rocked the faux leather workout shorts seen in her Women's Health Mag shoot earlier this year.

Speaking to Women's Health, Carrie revealed that rules form a routine for her: “I love rules, This is how I feel good about myself, and this is how I operate," she said.
Currently in quarantine with 2010-married husband Mike Fisher, the singer has been sharing her home garage workouts – as to how frequently the country star trains, she said: "If I can work out seven days a week—which doesn’t happen, but if I can—I’m going to."
The CALIA By Carrie founder did, however, admit to easy kitchen choices back in March.
“I feel like I’ve been eating the same microwave burritos when I’m in a time crunch. I don’t ever get tired of those," she told People.

Carrie's reveal with Women's Health gave fans full insight into what she eats. Kicking off the day healthily, Carrie will start with egg-white or tofu scrambles, berries, Ezekiel bread, and coffee. Lunch can be Tofurky sandwiches with mustard and veggies – Carrie dubbed herself a "wannabe vegan" – with dinner menus including vegan chicken stir-fries.
Green smoothies or a protein bar will be Carrie's snacks, with the star confessing to enjoying a glass of wine while watching "The Bachelor."
Carrie fronted media outlets earlier this year for admitting an 800-calorie-per-day starvation period after her 2005 "American Idol" win.
