“Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” Lisa Rinna has shared a few details with fans about what they can expect this upcoming season. She didn’t let too much out of the bag, but the actress made sure to let fans know that this season will not be all about Denise Richards and Brandi Glanville’s drama. Fans of the show know that a lot of the press has been focused primarily on the storyline of Glanville accusing Richards of having an open marriage.

Unfortunately, the story is so scandalous that is has been taking over all the attention. In the trailer, Glanville is seen saying, “She’s not who she pretends to be,” referring to Richards. In return fans see Richards pleading, “I don’t deserve this. That is a huge thing to f–king say.” While most of the world is obsessed is what actually went down between the two is looks like Rinna is sick of hearing about it and truthfully, some fans are as well.

Rinna sat down with Danny Pellegrino for his podcast “Everything Iconic”. She shared that way more of the cast had drama that isn’t even featured in the trailer. She even found herself in the “hot seat” when filming first started. “I think that’s a really easy way for people to go when they’re in the hot seat, and I don’t think it’s necessarily fair because we’ve all been in the hot seat. God knows if you look back on my season in the beginning … I sat in that hot seat for a long time.”

Pellegrino also brought up that fans expressed that last season and a few other seasons before that have been pretty inauthentic. Rinna had a response for that as well which comes as no surprise to anyone, she is becoming the official mouthpiece of the show. Rinna might have done the most interviews so far (and no Glanville’s social media rants don’t count). She does admit that she somewhat felt that inauthenticity. “Yeah, I think we’ve done a really great season is what I can tell you,” said Rinna.

She went on to share why that is. “I think that … everyone is more open and maybe more honest than they’ve been in the past. So, I think that’s great because I think it’s all about being vulnerable and open and honest. I think that’s what the audience wants to see.” Well, at least she isn’t blaming any cast members in particular for the inauthentic feel of the show. Unlike the women of New York who seem to be blaming Bethenny Frankel for the tension on set.
