This didn't go over well for Kourtney, who felt the need to defend herself in a series of tweets directed at her sisters' comments.

"I won’t be live tweeting #KUWTK tonight, as I’m spending time with my kids while they are on spring break," Kourtney posted to her Twitter account, explaining she would be with her children who are being forced to stay home amid the pandemic.

Kourtney then followed that up with another Tweet addressing conversations not only on the show, but on social media, who were arguing that Kourtney was lazy and didn't like working hard. For the mother of three, it was an opportunity to defend herself and explain the difficulty of raising children.

"I realize that a lot of the conversation right now surrounds my work ethic, and I feel like I need to just make one thing clear: raising children is a job as well," she wrote in a second Twitter post.

"In fact, it’s the hardest and most rewarding job that I have ever had. I’ve decided to put my focus on my kids and my lifestyle brand, Poosh, which is all about finding YOUR healthy balance for living your best life," she continued. "I don’t judge anyone who chooses a different route, and I hope that everyone can appreciate my choices as well."

Kim Kardashian Claims That Kourtney Has 'Built-Up' Resentment

Keeping Up With the Kardashians

Kourtney's tweets come after a long buildup of tension, one that lead her sister, Kim Kardashian, to call for a break from filming after the physical altercation the two had. Speaking to Jimmy Fallon on 'The Tonight Show: At Home Edition', Kim explained that she though Kourtney had a lot of built-up 'resentment'.

"I feel like it’s been a lot of built-up resentment from Kourtney, or just feeling like she doesn’t really want to film anymore," she said on the late-night talk show. "We shut down production for a week after that. I think everyone was really shook for a minute and just was like, 'This isn’t our type of show. We want everyone to be comfortable and safe.'"
