Sommer Ray delivered all-round with her Thursday Instagram update. The 23-year-old fitness model and social media sensation shared another of her legendary workout videos – while Sommer pushing a Lamborghini Aventador in high heels and a micro dress made headlines for hitting 1 million views last month, this bikini video may well do the same, currently sitting at over 867,000 views.

The video (seen below) kicked off to a revealing start with Sommer seen angling her rock-hard and curvy rear at the camera while delivering power reps in the gym. The innovative and unusual Gym to Swim two-piece taking on both bikini and athleisurewear vibes saw Ray showcasing her sizzling tan body in girly pastel shades – a crop top-style bikini top in patterned white, lilac, and blue matched teeny tiny swim shorts.
Sommer was in resistance mode as she delivered deep squats while pulling onto equipment.
“Jesus, how low you go,” a female voice was heard saying in the background.
Sommer’s sweat session proved a hit, with likes and comments coming in fast. The blonde had given her Sommer Ray Shop a shout-out in her caption, also saying:
“act like a lady, train like a beast ?♀️??? if you wanna get fit with meeeee, hit that link in my bioooo ?.”
Over 1,400 comments were left in 15 hours.
“You’re literally goals ???,” one fan wrote.

Sommer has been documenting her life amid the coronavirus pandemic. The star is in quarantine and straight-up admitted that she “can’t do new photoshoots” earlier this week – the result was a series of red hot swimwear throwbacks as the model confessed that she “had” to post old photos.
Food has also been mentioned amid COVID-19. Last month, Sommer said she was at her “happiest” while eating Lucky Charms for two days straight – “breakfast, lunch, and dinner.” Less joyous was a failed run to a Sprinkles cupcake ATM, with the machine being broken.
“I workout at least 4/5 times a week. I can’t really say I have one favorite exercise, but I love any exercise where I can really isolate my glutes!” she said.
Sommer was then probed on what she thinks is people’s “biggest mistake” in fitness, responding:
“People get so caught up in other things they forget the most important part of working out: FORM. Form is everything.”
