Farrah Abraham has straight-up wished the coronavirus on her own social media followers. The former “Teen Mom OG” star blasted it out on Wednesday as her latest masked video appeared to bomb – the 28-year-old has had little success so far as her Instagram videos giving a nod to COVID-19 were dubbed distasteful and attention-seeking.
Farrah’s latest video featured 11-year-old daughter Sophia and a latex gloves and mask getup – leopard-print, this time. The response wasn’t exclusively negative, but for those telling Farrah to stop, the star was hitting back with a wish.

Just a few days after being slammed for buzzing through L.A. streets on a scooter and in a twinning masked look with Sophia, Farrah updated her Instagram with a fashion show of a video. It showed the ex MTV face parading around in a leopard-print outfit complete with a matching face mask. Blue latex gloves were donned as Farrah was joined by her daughter, with a caption confirming the fashion agenda.
The animal-print also gave a shout-out to trending “Tiger King” TV series.
A fan appearing to find the video in poor taste replied:
“Our governor in Michigan said if you’re frolicking around in public you’re selfish. She’s right. Wait till your face mask doesn’t actually work,” they wrote.
“You’re disgusting evil, get off my page and I’m sure coronavirus will find you at your house evil hater keep hating legit that’s your virus,” she wrote.
The response did go unnoticed.
“@farrahabraham, wow way to threaten ppl w a deadly disease you’re amazing….,” a user quickly replied.
Farrah replied to a fair few users. The “haters” term proved arepeat deal as Farrah fired back, with some replies not quite appearing to make sense.
When a fan wrote: “STAY HOME!! This is absolutely ridiculous,” the Nebraska native replied:
“So original we are and we go get face masks to.”
The sentence was not finished.
A fan asking what the “plastic suitcase” containing a dog – seen in the video – was, Farrah replied: “It’s a dog carry dumb-ss.”
Farrah has received immense backlash for her COVID-19 videos these past weeks. Announcing she was buying “like, 20 bottles of Lysol” during a grocery store freakout proved unpopular, as did an elbow-bashing video that had fans wondering if visiting the neighbor was really social distancing.
Farrah is definitely a target for trolls – that’s well-documented – although users today did seem genuinely perplexed and horrified by the star appearing to make light of the pandemic now responsible for over 4,000 U.S. lives and over 46,000 globally.
“You’re saying you just happened to pack up your dog and pose by some Beverly Hills stuff to get new masks? In the middle of a pandemic?” one fan asked.
Farrah made headlines earlier this year for losing another 80,000 Instagram followers. Fortunately, she has some supportive fans – Farrah was called both “cute” and “funny” by one today.
