Jamie Lynn Spears is shouting out grocery store workers, healthcare professionals, and every single other American right now whose work situation places them at increased risk of contracting coronavirus. The 28-year-old sister to pop icon Britney Spears has already dug deep amid COVID-19 as she offered to pay for food and diapers – the “Zoey 101” alum received less press than sister Britney doing the same, but it was the little sibling who first tagged “Toxic” singer Britney.
Wednesday brought a fresh update from Jamie Lynn. She was looking super cute, but the message was clear as she thanked frontline workers.
Jamie Lynn’s Instagram update was, as she admitted, a “self-timer fail.” It did the trick, though. The Nickeloden star was outdoors with signs she’d made to thank frontline workers, seen with 11-year-old daughter Maddie and infant Ivey.
The road setting was simple and all-American as Jamie Lynn and her daughters showcased their gratitude during America’s darkest hour. The singer and actress was rocking tiny shorts flaunting her killer legs, plus sneakers, a dark top, and baseball cap as she posed with a chalk road sign reading: “THANK YOU!”

A caption offered more:
“Self-timer FAIL??♀️ but overlook that please, and let’s all send a BIG THANK YOU to our HEALTHCARE WORKERS,
GROCERY STORE WORKERS, all ESSENTIAL WORKERS, and all of you working on the FRONTLINES!
We appreciate everyone who is out there working in order to keep those of us at home safe. Sending love and prayers to each and every one of y’all♥️THANK YOU????.”
The update comes shortly after the blonde extended her diaper and food offer to include door-delivered meals with Doordash.
The comments section seemed in clear unison. The global pandemic now responsible for over 4,000 American lives is bringing out immense respect for doctors, nurses, delivery drivers, grocery employees, and others.
“Thank you for being grateful. It’s rough out there,” one fan wrote.
“As a healthcare worker – seeing homemade signs like this really brighten my day. Thank you!!” another said.
“I’m a nurse , while on my limited break .. I pulled this up ~ absolutely made me Smile ! Thank You for teaching your kids the importance of others .. it’s been a tough few weeks & it doesn’t look like an End is in the near future … God Bless you & your family & Stay Safe ??,” a third added.
Jamie’s offer embraced the #DoYourPart hashtag.
“We have been able to help so many people with the #doyourpartchallenge. I’m so thankful to DoorDash and #openfordelivery for giving us gift card codes to send out to families in need. I’m still going through my DMs and will be selecting some people to send gift cards to! I also challenge @jessiejamesdecker, @justinanderson, @kristincavallari and @brittneykelley to do the same and pay it forward ❤️,” she wrote to accompany her video.
