Kaley Cuoco isn’t spending her coronavirus quarantine emptying the Pringles can. The “Big Bang Theory” actress has confessed to missing group exercise classes as COVID-19 sees her and billionaire heir husband Karl Cook stay home – the new $12 million Hidden Hills mansion is offering sweet digs as the 34-year-old social distances, but Kaley is keeping the fitness up.
Wednesday brought a fresh workout from the blonde as she sweated it out in a solo session. Her 5.9 million Instagram followers got a sneak peek.

Kaley’s stories today showed her pushing out a power session that mixed up core strength and cardio. The star personally admitted to being a “terrible” dancer, but she seemed to be nailing the calorie-burning as she delivered planks, jumps, and stretches in clingy black yoga pants, a gray tank, and sneakers.
Kicking off with her blonde hair up in a bun, Kaley eventually let it loose as she got sweatier.
“This morning’s @theclass was fabulous…I love dancing (I’m a terrible dancer) but this lets me express myself in the most fun way while getting a great sweat,” she wrote.
Kaley has made animal-related headlines galore amid COVID-19. Just yesterday, the sitcom star fronted media outlets for mourning the loss of rescue pony Fiona – “She no longer has to live in pain,” Kaley wrote.
The actress’ new home is fast turning into a farm, though (and in the best possible way). Alongside dogs Norman, Blueberry, and Ruby, Kaley has two rabbits named Lenny and Simon – they live in the Hippity Hop House in Kaley’s garage – with latest dog Dumptruck “Dumpy” going from coronavirus foster to what Kaley dubbed her “foster fail.” Yup, he’s a permanent deal now.
Shooting for Kaley’s upcoming HBO Max series “The Flight Attendant” may be on hold as the global pandemic continues, but one thing has remained steady. “A Cup of Cuoco” is Kaley’s impromptu Instagram series, with a recent episode seeing the star admit that she no longer cares about her appearance.
Kaley couldn’t remember if she’d showered the night before filming her episode, also saying:
“I’m living as if no one is ever going to see me again. It’s like I’ve lost the will to try.”
Kaley has opened up on her fitness. Speaking to Women’s Health, she said:
“I tried spinning, I tried running, I tried yoga, I tried Pilates. I realized I don’t like running…I refuse to do it. I like spinning, so I try to mix that in. When I found hot yoga, I fell in love with it and was like, this is my thing,”
Kaley’s dedication to yoga (and its accompanying apparel) knows no bounds. October 2019 even saw the star rock Halloween candy-print leggings with a matching sports bra.
