Millions of Americans are on self-quarantine, which has become the order of the day amid the ongoing coronavirus outbreak. A lot of people have expressed their boredom, with many joining Jimmy Fallon’s recent hashtag seeking to know what boredom has seen them do since the beginning of the weeks in quarantine.

However, the ‘Anyone’ hit maker Demi Lovato has some advice for people finding the self-isolation moments quite tricky. According to her, it is the perfect time to make a change in life.

The coronavirus pandemic has seen late night shows canceled, although some are still making virtual appearances. Demi Lovato took part in the At Home Edition of ‘The Tonight Show,’ where she performed her ‘I Love Me’ single.

The singer has had her struggles with mental health, and she is always outspoken about her experience pre and post her 2018 drug overdose incidence. As she explained, taking care of one’s mental health is a constant process. Lovato has allegedly been hunkering down at her mom’s house lately.

Speaking to Jimmy Fallon in an online chat, Demi Lovato said that the quarantine period is the time to concentrate on mental health, adding that it is so important. She noted that people are currently alone in their thoughts, and some are even alone in their houses.

“It is just them and their minds,” she posed. She talked of the voices that run in the minds at such times, which she terms as ‘roommates,’ adding that they can really get loud and annoying.

According to the singer, the time we are stuck in the houses is critical for a change in humanity, and she feels failing to change from it would be quite sad. Lovato recommends that people do anything that can help them grow both spiritually and emotionally, and urges people to take this moment as an opportunity to grow.

She, however, wants people to meditate and pay attention to what they can control. Lovato also shared one of her tips, playing with animals.

Even after her struggles with mental health, Demi Lovato’s career in music is still on track. She recently released her song ‘Anyone’ which she performed during this year’s Grammys, and has since dropped her newest song ‘I Love Me.’

After her virtual appearance on ‘The Tonight Show,’ fans have taken to social media to express their feelings about her. One user, Chris Breezy, dropped a Tweet saying it was great to see Lovato on the show. The fan noted that she looked healthy, happy, and full of life, adding that he is happy for her.
