Since Kailyn Lowry announced her fourth pregnancy in February of this year, she has remained relatively quiet about her life. The Teen Mom 2 star will give birth to another boy this summer.

In a new Instagram post, Kailyn shows off a new ultrasound photo as well as some of her concerns about pregnancy in the midst of the coronvairus pandemic and much uncertainty in the world. Many people were surprised by some of the information Kailyn chose to share, including her plans for labor and delivery.

In her update, Kailyn shares that she is 23.5 weeks pregnant. She also writes, "He was breech but seems to have turned since our last ultrasound." She also describes having anterior placenta, which causes this baby's movements to feel different.

She also discusses the impact of being pregnant in the middle of social distancing. She is not allowed to have anybody with her when she goes in for appointments, which is a move meant to prevent the spread of COVID-19 in medical facilities.

In her post, she also says, "I have never been induced, but I'm afraid I won't make it to the hospital being that I live 45 mins away." She also says that her labor with Lux lasted just 90 minutes, so she is concerned that she may be induced if she intends to have a hospital birth. She ends her Instagram post with, "If you've been induced, what has your experience been?"

Many of Kailyn's social media followers had firsthand pregnancy advice.

Advice for Kailyn varied dramatically. One follower said, "Have a home birth, Kail!!!!" Kailyn responded with, "I believe that is the actual plan at this time." Some followers told Kailyn that she might be safer having a home birth with the risks of COVID-19 in medical settings. Others pointed out that coronavirus could lead to reduced ambulances available and that she should reconsider because she lives so far away from a hospital. It looks as if the plan is still up in the air at this time.

In previous weeks, Kailyn has discussed how different this pregnancy has been compared to her others. In a previous post she said, "my anxiety is going through the roof." Coronavirus and economic concerns can certainly add to the stress of a pregnancy and fears of childbirth at this time.

It also appears that things will also be stressful because Kailyn is not with the father of her child, and the two appear to be on bad terms after some recent social media posts.
