It's been over two months since the world lost Kobe Bryant, his 13-year-old daughter Gianna, and seven others which included some of Gigi's teammates in a helicopter crash in Calabasas, CA. They were on their way to their basketball game that Kobe was going to coach in at the Mamba Sports Academy.

Kobe's wife, Vanessa, is now trying to add their youngest daughter, nine-month-old Capri, to his trust. According to Hollywood Life, she has a "strong chance" of this move finally happening.

Arminé Bazikyan of the Bazikyan Law Group originally said that Kobe's death made the adjustment to the trust "a little bit difficult, but not impossible." This is now evident with the increase in the possibility of the trust receiving the change to add Capri.

“As an ‘omitted child,’ Capri has a right to receive a share of the estate that would have been given to her ‘intestate,'” Arminé said to HL, “meaning had Kobe died without a trust or will in place. This section of the law (Probate Code 21620) is written exactly for this scenario in mind. Parent does a trust and will. New child is born. Parent dies without having a chance to update his documents to include child.”

Vanessa also had to prove Kobe's intent to make changes to the trust. This worked out in her favor as he always did this for his three other daughters, Natalia, Bianka, and Gianna. According to court documents obtained by TMZ Sports, Kobe set this trust up back in 2003. The last time that the trust was amended was in 2017. The trust's goal set up by Kobe for his children is to can "draw from the principal and income in the trust during Vanessa's lifetime."

Today, Vanessa released Kobe's new book, 'Season One.' This tells the story of a young man named Reggie who wants to excel in his basketball career. His previous book was "The Wizenard Series: Training Camp." The author for Season One is Wesley King.

"Welcome back to Dren!" said Vanessa on Instagram. "We hope you are all ready to catch up with the West Bottom Badgers for another magical basketball season. The #Wizenard Series: Season One is OUT NOW.🧡🧡🧡🧡🧡🧡#KobeBryant #GranityStudios #Kobeinc

Today was also an emotional release day for King as well. He took to Instagram to say that he's happy that children are excited about this book and how great it was to work with Kobe and Granity Studios on this.

"Release day. It would be great to hop on the line. Talk shop. Send a flex arm or two. See kids lighting up while you hand out books. But we can all take solace in knowing your vision lives on. This is going to help a lot of readers reframe their self-worth, chase their passions, and dream big. Your goal was to help kids realize their value. To challenge them to look in the mirror every morning and see a giant. This story is the embodiment of that message, and of the wider #mambamentality: work harder, want it more, challenge your fears."
