Kaley Cuoco burned off the calories big-time on Sunday morning. The “Big Bang Theory” actress is a known workout queen – while the 34-year-old has recently admitted to missing group exercises on account of the novel coronavirus, she has been keeping her fitness up via solo walks (sometimes in the rain), plus what appears to be a new High Intensity Interval Training routine she found on YouTube.
Kaley, 34, updated her Instagram earlier today with a full video – sped up – of her home workout routine. The star was in her new $12 million Hidden Hills home, but the vibe was low-frills as Kaley worked up a sweat.
Kaley’s video (seen below) showed her in a daylit living area backed by a minimalist staircase and wooden wall hangings. The blonde was in full workout mode with the dog family that just keeps increasing, seen busting out stretches, jumping jacks, lunges, and planks as she trained her gym-honed body in a tight black pair of yoga pants – a baggy and striped shirt in white and tan had “WTF” written across it.
Kaley’s bun hair eventually worked its way to being worn down as the star ramped up the cardio.
As to the views, they’re through the roof. Over 108,000 were clocked in just 13 minutes.
Kaley is the new celebrity face of Starbucks. The coffee giant likely picked up on the blonde’s popular “A Cup of Cuoco” Instagram series – the impromptu videos see the actress discussing her random thoughts as she enjoys her first coffee of the day.
Fans had questions.
“You are really fast. What coffee?” one asked.
“You just made meeee solo dizzy. More dizzy than usual lol,” another said.
Meanwhile, others seemed to send Kaley the thumbs-up over her caption – it had announced more to come over on her Instagram stories, alongside mentioning the dogs enjoying the session as much as she did.
Kaley was recently profiled by Women’s Day. Big surprise, this caffeine lover mentioned coffee.
“I’m an oat milk latte kind of girl, and it’s the first thing I do when I open my eyes is brew that stuff up,” she told the magazine.
“I love the smell, I love the routine,” she added, continuing:
“I go to bed thinking about what coffee I’m going to have in the morning and what mug I’m going to use — that’s a true story. I don’t want to drive anywhere to get my coffee, I want it in the kitchen and I want it made, so obviously it was a no-brainer to partner with Starbucks because I’m a self-proclaimed coffee connoisseur.”
Prior to COVID-19, Kaley would regularly find herself snapped by the paparazzi as she hit up yoga studios. The star has revealed that she fell in love with yoga – as a result of hating running, though.
“I tried spinning, I tried running, I tried yoga, I tried Pilates. I realized I don’t like running…I refuse to do it. I like spinning, so I try to mix that in. When I found hot yoga, I fell in love with it and was like, this is my thing,” she told Women’s Health.
