Kaley Cuoco needed zero cosmetics to knock the camera this weekend. The “Big Bang Theory” actress’ powerful sideways gaze came as she stood outdoors and held the rather amusingly-named addition to the $12 million Hidden Hills mansion she’s just moved into with billionaire heir husband Karl Cook.
Kaley made headlines this weekend for admitting she’d straight-up “failed” to foster the chihuahua dog she’s named “Dumpy” – full name Dumptruck. The 34-year-old had initially set out to foster the senior shelter dog amid coronavirus. The blonde was so smitten, though, she confessed that the temporary situation has been scrapped – in short, Dumpy is staying.
Kaley’s photo showed her shot up close and in a candid moment as she stood under an awning with hints of semi-cloudy skies and terrace greenery behind her. The sitcom star had gone low-key in a simple zip-up sweater, also seen rocking a bare face with her trademark blonde locks swept up.
Kaley wasn’t solo, with the image also featuring Dumpy. Kaley may have had something on her mind via that semi-upward gaze – the star has suggested plenty is via her latest episode of the “A Cup of Cuoco” Instagram series she appears in.
“Side profiles,” she captioned the photo, adding a green check icon.
Kaley has been keeping fans updated on both her new picket-fenced home and her life amid COVID-19. The star is currently social distancing with 2018-married equestrian Karl, but the couple’s life is proving busy.
Dumpy joins what’s fast-approaching a farm – in the best possible way as Kaley is a known animal lover. The pup joins Pit Bull mix Norman (seen above with Kaley), plus other dogs named Ruby and Blueberry. There’s also the star’s two rabbits Lenny and Simon as well as the couple’s horses.
A recent episode of “A Cup of Cuoco” saw Kaley open up on how the coronavirus pandemic has affected her. Kaley couldn’t remember if she’d showered the night before.
“The fact that only yesterday I thought to look for my makeup means I don’t care about my appearance,” the star told her 5.9 million followers.
“I’m living as if no one is ever going to see me again,”
It’s like I’ve lost the will to try,” she added.
Prior to the U.S. manifesting the highest number of coronavirus cases worldwide, Kaley also revealed that she considered nightgowns an “Amazon essential” – the star is a giant fan of the clothing item.
Production for Kaley’s new HBO Max series “The Flight Attendant” is paused on account of COVID-19. While fans will likely eventually get the show, Kaley may remain best-known for her “Big Bang” Penny character.
Reflecting on the role, Kaley said:
“You know, she’s iconic. She’s the best character I’ve ever played. She has every single quality. She’s funny, she’s [silly and] I’m sill, she’s sarcastic. She loves Leonard and she loves these guys and she’s a real girl. You know, we’ve tackled a lot of issues this year,” adding:
“Her even not wanting to have kids and her wanting to be a businesswoman. I don’t think we’ve seen that a lot in television. I was really impressed that they went that path and yeah, she’s a reason why I’m doing everything that I do in the future will be sent back to Big Bang.
