Britney Spears Celebrates Court Victory With FIRST Glass Of Champagne

Britney Spears is celebrating being released from her conservatorship after 13-years and claims she was finally able to have her first glass of champagne!!

The 'Toxic' singer dropped the stunning revelation on Instagram, after being spotted out on the town in Los Angeles celebrating the big win with her fiance, Sam Asghari. The pop star was photographed arriving at 'Catch' restaurant in Beverly Hills, one of the hottest spots in town. Luckily for us, it is also crawling with paparazzi!

Britney described her first weekend of freedom, saying, "What an amazing weekend … I felt like I was on cloud 9 the whole time ☁️ !!! I actually got my first glass of champagne ? at the most beautiful restaurant I’ve ever seen last night !!!! I’m celebrating my freedom and my B-day for the next two months !!!!!!!!!!!"

That's right, it appears Britney Spears actually had her FIRST glass of champagne after being famous and rich since she was a child. The incredible revelation was followed by the pop star thanking her new lawyer for coming into her life at the right time.

"I mean after 13 years … I think I’ve waited long ENOUGH !!!! I’m so happy my lawyer Mathew Rosengart came into my life when he did … he has truly turned my life around … I’m forever thankful for that !!!! What a sightseeing so many people celebrating my victory …. I love my fans so much … so thank you ?!!!!⁣" Britney posted.

Plus, Spears shouted out Justin Bieber's wife -- Hailey Baldwin -- for her Britney Halloween costume, saying, "Psssss please do not laugh at my latest post ???‍♀️?!!!! I realized I got really excited with my lime green shoulder-padded shirt !!! The only person I’ve ever seen wear shoulder pads is Hailey Bieber. She was me for Halloween … I think I won brownie points with my kids ?? !!!! But seriously though … how freaking cool is that ???? Okay, so I posted four times in one day in the same shirt ? …. I liked the way it made me feel and I never knew shoulder pads were extremely flattering !!!!"

As you would expect, the night out appeared to be a great time! Britney and Sam were spotted jamming in the car on the way to dinner, pumping Technotronic's 'Pump Up the Jam' and the pop star started singing Salt-N-Pepa's 'Push It.' The best part, Britney playfully challenged her fiance to get down to the music while behind the wheel!

Britney Spears is fresh off of a huge victory in her conservatorship case, which was dismissed entirely after 13 years. The pop princess addressed the giant moment on Instagram following the decision, saying, "Good God I love my fans so much it’s crazy ?❤️ !!! I think I’m gonna cry the rest of the day !!!!
