The suit was filed on March 26th and the alleged victim has chosen to remain anonymous, only identifying as Jane Doe. According to Variety, the woman claims that she was invited to a recording studio on March 28, 2018 with French Montana and Mansour Bennouna, who is described by Variety as his business partner. The two were working on music and using recreational drugs when French expressed interest in Jane Doe, inviting her back to a party he was hosting at his mansion just outside of Los Angeles.

The anonymous accuser claims that she arrived at the rapper's home close to 6:00 a.m., but had decided to leave immediately. However, she remained at that party claiming that the men encouraged her to consume alcohol before leaving and after she participated in shots she blacked out.

According to the record, she came to around 1:30 p.m. with Bennouna holding and touching her. She had pain in her pelvis and emotional pain, described as "hysteria" because she believed she had been raped.

After leaving the Hidden Hills residence, the accuser went directly to the Kaiser Permanente hospital in Panorama City for a rape kit, which confirmed the presence of semen and filed a report with the police department accusing French Montana.

Now, two years later, the case is now in the Los Angeles Superior Court, while the alleged victim is being represented by Maryann P. Gallagher and Torsten Bassell. Though, reports don't mention any recollection of the victim with French Montana, both he and Bennouna are included in the suit.

According to Pitchfork, Mansour Bennouna is an employee of French Montana as part of his label Coke Boy Records and the woman was incapacitated while in a bathroom where she remembers “several men coming in and out of the bedroom.” She remembered French Montana as being one of those men.

Both men face charges of assault and battery, sexual battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, negligent hiring, supervision and retention, and negligence. French Montana has not gone public since the report.
