There’s a viral video going around that involves Steve Martin and a wiener… dog.
The veteran actor is now responding to the video that made him ‘doubt his sanity.’
The ‘Only Murders’ actor began trending on Twitter on Monday, November 15.
Steve Martin trends on Twitter for hilarious reason!
Martin’s name was trending alongside a video that appears to be him taking photos of a sweet puppy Dachshund, aka a wiener dog.

The man in the video has the same bright white hair as Martin, is wearing a blue knit sweater with a white button-up underneath. The collar of the white shirt is poking out and resting on the collar of the sweater.
This is a look Martin has been photographed in often. In fact, he wears this style of the outfit in many of his movies.
The old gentleman in the video even has round-framed glasses, which is once again, a staple of Martin’s wardrobe.

Martin must’ve gotten wind of his name trending along with the video because he responded in the most Steve Martin way.
“I am relieved to find out this is not me. I was starting to doubt my sanity,” he wrote on Twitter.
