If you missed last night's season premiere of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, stop what you're doing and watch it NOW!

It's always a disappointment when a show's episode doesn't live up to its trailer, but based on what we saw Thursday evening, we're almost convinced the trailer didn't live up to the episode - and while the Twitterverse and related territories are justifiably busy talking about the fist-fight between Kim and Kourtney Kardashian, it's time to rehash the illness that left baby sis Kylie Jenner hospitalized in late 2019!

Even though it was mentioned in the episode's description, it seems the beauty billionaire's sickness might've gotten slightly overshadowed by other matters - but it did not go completely unnoticed.

"Here are the descriptions for the first two episodes of Keeping Up starting tomorrow," a fan account wrote on Wednesday. "Remember back in September, Kylie was hospitalized for being sick and wasn’t able to attend her Balmain and Kylie Cosmetics fashion show, so we will get to see how that unfolds this week and next!"

Jenner herself hopped in the conversation to provide further information on the illness.

"For those wondering I never had flu-like symptoms!" Jenner reassured. "I had a horrible strep and staph infection in the throat (bleeding from the mouth and all) it was the sickest I’ve ever been."

Last fall, Kylie tweeted her regrets about missing the aforementioned event.

“Hi guys! So as you know, I was getting ready to go to Paris for the Balmain show at Paris Fashion Week for the launch of my makeup collab with Olivier. Unfortunately I’m really sick and unable to travel. I’m heartbroken to be missing this show."

"But I know that my amazing team, and my friends who are in town for the event, will help me be there in spirit. Creating this collection with Olivier has been a dream. Of course this collection isn’t just for the runway. I created this so that you could have a piece of this once in a lifetime event.”

Speaking of being sick, the cosmetics queen is encouraging her billions of dollars millions of followers to STAY HOME amidst the COVID-19 pandemic. She especially stepped her efforts up after being personally called upon by the U.S. Surgeon General last week.

"Hey guys, happy self quarantine I know I’ve already been doing my daily reminders about how important it is right now to practice social distancing and self quarantine. I’m going on my ninth day." Based on this March 19th Story, we can say Kylie was definitely an early-responder to the crisis.

"The coronavirus is a real thing. I listened to the surgeon general this morning, and even though I’ve already been doing my daily reminders, he definitely encouraged me to come on here and talk to you guys so you could see me and hear me. Please stay inside you guys. Please stay inside, practice social distancing, self quarantine. If you [don't] live with your parents, you don’t want to go home and get your parents sick."
