The “self-made" billionaire has been using her platform to encourage her followers to stay home! She also donated $1 million to several Los Angeles hospitals to help doctors buy face shields, masks, gloves, and other necessary supplies.

Kylie’s doctor, Dr. Aliabadi, who delivered her daughter, expressed her joy by saying, "One of my patients, a beautiful Living Angel just donated $1,000,000 to help us buy hundreds of thousands of masks, face shields, and other protective gear which we will have delivered directly to our first responders, as too many masks at hospitals are disappearing before making their way onto the faces of our front line heroes."

Over the last couple of weeks, Taylor Swift has been reaching out to affected fans and helping them pay their bills. She gave one fan $3,000 after she posted about her current struggles.

The fan wrote on Tumblr, “...because of COVID-19 my job, my only source of income, is closed for a minimum of 30 days. I have no job, no income, no way to pay my bills rn. If anyone happens to be able to donate and has it in their hearts to do so, anything really really helps with bills right now.”

After her comment, she received a PayPal offer from Swift for $3,000.

Twitch teamed up with Amazon Music, and viewers will be able to donate while watching. The stream will also include competitions and games.

Twitch is also working to help artists who recently had to cancel events due to the virus and still want to perform for their fans.
