Erika Jayne is making it clear that she's no longer interested in marriage.
According to the "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star, 50, walking down the aisle is no longer something she's looking forward to after splitting from her husband of over 20 years, Tom Girardi, 82.
Open To Dating
A reporter from TMZ got ahold of the reality star, 50, while she was leaving a restaurant. The correspondent asked, "how's dating going?" to which Jayne laughed while walking to her car.
When asked if she would ever date a lawyer again, Jayne paused before getting into her vehicle and saying, “Ooh, that’s a good question.”
She then faced the reporter and answered, "Probably not."
Although Jayne thought of the pros of dating one, saying, "But then again, you know, I don't know. I may need free legal. Who knows?"
No More Weddings
But when asked whether she would ever get married again once her divorce gets finalized, Jayne answered with "No, I will not. Never."
Last month, the "Lowball" actress said in an interview that she's looking forward to entering the dating pool again. During the chat, she was asked what men should know about her dating life.
“Slide into my DMs, and you’ll find out,” Jayne told the “Extra” special correspondent.

Apart from her legal woes, she has been very busy playing the field since splitting from Girardi. According to reports, she has “already been on a handful of dates with different men.”
Jayne addressed the allegations by revealing what she looks for in a man -- intelligence and a fat wallet.
“I think every girl, you know, likes a guy with money,” she said in an interview.
The "Xxpen$ive" singer also added that intelligence is the most important quality that a man has. When it comes to age, Jayne stated that she would never date someone younger than 25 years old.
Living Alone
Last year, Jayne filed for divorce from Girardi after more than two decades of marriage. As seen on the current season's episodes of "RHOBH," she left home one day after sending her estranged husband to work. The “Dancing With the Stars” alum gave up her ultra-glam studio in Hollywood and got a smaller property for herself instead.
Amid the divorce, certain legal issues came up, which were directed to her and Girardi. Currently, Jayne's being sued for $25 million by the trustee handling the bankruptcy case for Girardi’s former law firm, Girardi & Keese, as per Page Six.
Legal Problems
Late last year, Jayne and Girardi were accused of embezzling the funds of victims represented by the firm, including the families of those people who lost their lives in 2018’s Lion Air Flight 610 crash. Jayne denied her involvement, claiming she never knew anything and that her spouse had never been open to her with his work.
Jayne also claimed that she had no control over her money because her finances were controlled by Girardi's law firm.
“I was not in control of my finances,” she said on the "RHOBH" reunion special. “I walk out with two credit cards, they get cut. … Who am I going to go call?”
Host Andy Cohen pointed out that Jayne had a job on Bravo's "hit TV show" and that her salary “ain’t bad."
The singer then answered by claiming her earnings went straight to Girardi: “I gave every paycheck to my husband. I’ve handed every paycheck I’ve ever made over."
