As the custody battle between Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna continues to become more tumultuous, multiple outlets have now confirmed that the Los Angeles Department of Children and Family Services has been conducting an investigation to look into Dream Kardashian's wellbeing after supposedly suffering "severe burns" on her legs. The alleged burns reportedly occurred on two separate occasions. While the details of the situation remain unclear, Chyna's legal team stated that both burn incidents occurred while Dream was under Kardashian's care.

The first incident of the burns reportedly happened in February, while the latest case supposedly happened just this past Saturday. Chyna's attorneys released a statement saying, "When Chyna reached out to Rob to find out what had happened to their daughter, Rob initially lied to Chyna and denied that Dream’s second burn happened at his home. Rob then changed his story and had his nanny send a text message admitting that Dream received the second burn at Rob’s house from a hot lightbulb."

"Chyna again sought medical care for Dream and learned that the most recent burn on her leg was a second-degree burn," the statement concluded.

However, Kardashian's lawyers were quick with their response, clapping back at the accusations made by Chyna's lawyers. Apparently, Dream's nanny is now in question.

"Unfortunately Dream has had two accidents in the last month while with this nanny. Rob treated Dream appropriately and Chyna was informed. Following an investigation by the DCFS and the police in which Rob fully cooperated, he has every reason to believe that there will be no findings of any safety issues in his home," Kardashian's lawyers stated.

"It is unfortunate that Chyna feels the need to publicly miscommunicate the situation and has once again wasted valuable public resources by calling first responders in a desperate attempt to smear Rob’s name in response to his ongoing lawsuit against her for full custody of their daughter," the lawyers continued. While it appears that neither party plans on backing down amid their tumultuous custody battle anytime soon, the main priority should undoubtably be the wellbeing and safety of Dream.
