Noah Cyrus looked breathtaking in her latest Instagram update, but the post from the 20-year-old singer came tinged with sadness – the younger sister to Miley Cyrus was posing with the horse seen in her new music video and remembering the one she lost in 2016.
Noah has just dropped her new single. “I GOT SO HIGH THAT I SAW JESUS” sees the brunette finding inner peace as she rides through grass in nude crop top worn braless – keep scrolling for the video. As to today’s post, the still photo was sending a shout-out to horse Constantine.
Noah’s photo showed shot outdoors. The “July” singer was standing and petting the beautiful white horse she rides in the footage, seen standing amid greenery and photographed with a little filter added for a gritty finish. The stunner was rocking a tiny nude crop top and black pants, showcasing her slim frame and curves as she rocked her waist-length hair worn down.
A caption from Noah gave a shout-out to her old horse, with a quick swipe to the right showing someone else riding him.
“In memory of my boy Constantine. ill miss you and love you forever. #IGotSoHighThatISawJesusVideo,” Noah wrote.
A 2016 Instagram post from Noah marked the loss of Constantine.
“Last night was the worst night of my life…i had to choose life or death for my Constantine,” she wrote, adding:
“We thought he was starting to colic and we made the decision to take him to surgery…in surgery they found a tumor thats been growing for months…to try and to take it out wouldve put con through too much pain… last night was my last night with my little boy…. Con thank you for the past few years, youve made me the person i am today.”
Noah’s post today definitely brought in the fans. Over 42,000 likes were left in under 30 minutes, with the comments section quickly filling up.
“Hi I love you I’m sorry about Constantine god will take care of him in heaven till you see him once again ???,” one fan wrote.
“It’s gonna be okay love. i love you,” another said.
A like also came in from Noah and Miley’s older sister Brandi – the 32-year-old DJ and fashion designer is herself an equestrian.
Noah was just 11 when she joined Instagram. A recent interview with Evening Standard saw the singer reveal that she was subject to body-shaming long before she was able to cope with it.
“The comments started bothering me. People started saying things, making memes about me, pointing things out about my face and my body. It made me look in a mirror in the morning and cry. I stopped reading the comments when I was about 17, but the damage had already been done,” she said.
