It looks like Demi Lovato has found love in the time of coronavirus with new soap opera beau Max Ehrich. Despite revealing she would find time connecting, getting to know, and falling in love with her, herself, and her in 2020, Lovato's plans have seemingly fallen by the wayside.

She's now booed up with Ehrich, best known for his role in the long-running soap opera The Young & the Restless. And the new couple isn't allowing a stay-at-home order stop their relationship from blossoming.

According to sources, the two have only been a thing for a short while. But love knows no bounds, including ones stemming from time. The relationship is said to have developed fast but when you know, you know. And that's something the "Cool for the Summer" singer knows fairly well. In romantic pursuits, Lovato has a tendency to go from 0 to 100 real quick and Ehrich is no exception. There isn't much info on how they met, but we're sure the story is one for the books.

On March 11, their IRL relationship played out through URL flirtations on Instagram. After Ehrich posted a video of himself with the caption, "to my <3." Lovato could be found in his comments replying to his not-so-subtle form of PDA with a heart emoji.

This week, Ehrich also posted a photo where he stood shirtless looking at the camera. That time, his caption read, "When u realize u should’ve packed more for your quarantine stay." Lovato refused to play coy and daringly replied, "Fine by me..."

We see you, sis! The back and forth was a sly indication that Ehrich and Lovato were indeed spending the time locked away isolated together. At the moment, things are still a little foggy with regards to when people will be cleared to go back to work as most industries, particularly the entertainment industry, has come to a virtual full stop.

There's no telling how long Lovato and her new beau might be alone together, but they might not mind.

Ehrich also posted a video of himself singing a cover of the popular Coldplay song "Yellow". In his caption, he gave a code to Lovato by referring to her as "D". In the caption he wrote, "4D," followed by, "<3."

The instant relationship seems like it's one that the pop diva and the actor are certain about. Which is why it should come as no surprise to anyone that they are spending self-quarantine season coupled up. This new relationship could be a bright light at the end of a dark tunnel following Lovato's 2018 drug overdose.

Lovato hasn't had a history of healthy relationships in her life, especially with mental health, drugs, and her eating disorder. Lovato has been refreshingly transparent about everything she's gone through and the things she's still working her way through.

In a recent interview with Ashley Graham for Pretty Big Deal, she touched on her issues with her eating disorder. "I was just running myself into the ground, and I honestly think that that's kind of what led to everything happening over the past year. It was just me thinking I found recovery when I didn't and then living this kind of lie and trying to tell the world I was happy with myself when I really wasn't," she explained.
