Gomez has also chosen to help focus on the mental health aspects of the coronavirus pandemic, specifically people feeling lonely, isolated, and in some cases, depressed from losing their jobs and not having a steady form of income. To assist in eliminating those possibilities and mental health issues, she's encouraged people to foster animals during the lockdown.
