Carrie Underwood's jaw-dropping workout body might well be encouraging the whole of quarantined America to put down the Pringles. The singer, clothing designer, and "Find Your Path" author has appeared in new photos on the Fit52 app's Instagram – the fitness app accompanies the 37-year-old's March 3-released diet and exercise book.

The snaps posted to Fit52 didn't mention the novel coronavirus, but with a mention of new playlists and recent suggestions that people use their home time to get into shape, COVID-19 seemed to be given a nod.

As to keeping her little ones busy, Carrie has been fossil hunting with Isaiah, plus she's been baking.

"If Grandma Jean’s ginger cookies can’t save us during coronageddon… I don’t know what will!” she captioned a photo.

The run-up to Carrie's book release brought a feature with Women's Health. Carrie revealed a brief starvation period following her 2005 "American Idol" win where she dropped to just 800 calories a day after seeing an online troll write: "Carrie's getting fat."

Nowadays, Carrie kicks off her day with egg-white or tofu scrambles with berries, Ezekiel toast, and coffee. Tofurkey sandwiches with mustard and veggies are her lunches, while dinner might be a vegan chicken stir-fry. Snacks can be green smoothies or a protein bar.

Carrie's book took less than two weeks to enter the New York Times Best-Seller list. As to the Fit52 app, people are already hooked.
