Elon Musk 'Keeps Forgetting' Bernie Sanders Is Alive After Call To Tax 'Extremely Rich'

Elon Musk does not like what Bernie Sanders is serving up.

The Vermont Senator is and has been calling to tax the extremely rich for years, but it must’ve hit Musk a certain type of way over the weekend.

On November 13, Sanders tweeted, “We must demand that the extremely wealthy pay their fair share. Period.”

Tyler Zed replied, “alive and still selling his snake oil from one of his four houses to 20 year old social studies majors.”

Musk replied with a crying-laughing emoji.

He then followed up with, “I keep forgetting that you’re still alive. Want me to sell more stock, Bernie? Just say the word …”

Many did not take kindly to Elon’s jab at Sanders.

One person replied to his shady tweet writing, “Wow you’re so epic sauce I totally forgot that you’re a 50 year old billionaire with 10 kids who chooses to spend every waking hour on this website [Twitter].”

Another person retweeted a photo of a young Elon Musk with disgraced suspected criminal, Ghislaine Maxwell.”

Alongside the photo they wrote, “Forgot this existed.”

Ghislaine is currently in prison and was charged with enticement of minors, sex trafficking of children, and perjury. She reportedly helped procure underage girls for the now deceased Jeffrey Epstein.

Another person replied to Elon’s crude comment, “Damn dude, just pay your taxes. You can even pay a little every month, like how you pay your child support.”

“It’s pretty cowardly to go this route instead of engaging him directly in good faith on the merits of the topic. Probably because you know he’s right, and you don’t have much of an argument to make other than you simply don’t want to pay your fair share,” someone else commented.

Back in late October, Elon made $36.2 billion overnight.

According to Financial Post, his personal fortune jumped by $36.2 billion after Hertz Global Holdings Inc. placed an order for 100,00 Teslas.

It is recorded as the biggest one-day gain in the history of the Bloomberg Billionaires Index.

To say Elon has money to pay higher taxes is an understatement.

Despite his qualms with paying taxes, Elon has pledged his billion dollars’ worth of Tesla stock to the United Nations IF they can prove they can solve world hunger.

Director David Beasley spoke to CNN in October and essentially called upon the world’s richest people to make a donation to his program. Musk is a little late to the party, but so far has been the only billionaire to answer the UN’s plea.

Essentially, he mentioned that if Elon Musk could muster up a donation of 2% of his net worth, they could help around 42 million people avoid literally dying of starvation. Director Beasley got emotional while pleading to the world’s elite for the cash.

Elon responded, “If WFP can describe on this Twitter thread exactly how $6B will solve world hunger, I will sell Tesla stock right now and do it.”

Beasley and Elon continued interacting on Twitter when there seemed to be mix up in reporting.
