These are happy and somewhat trying times for "Little People, Big World's" new mother Audrey Roloff, as she and her spouse, Jeremy Roloff, welcomed a bouncing baby boy earlier this week.

After sharing the new birth, the 30-year-old mother expressed how difficult childbirth had been for her but hoped this time would be different.  

In a report by PEOPLE, Audrey wrote in an Instagram post that despite the encouraging first set of days post-delivery, the following days weren't as hopeful as she experienced lots of difficulties.

Audrey Roloff: Maybe The Engorgement Won't Be Level 10

According to the news outlet, after the birth of Radley, Audrey's new and third child, she shared her postpartum journey to the world on her Instagram story. She wrote:

“2 days postpartum: Maybe it will be different this time. Maybe the engorgement won’t be level 10. Maybe I’ll get through the first week of recovery without the dreaded M word…”

Fortunately for her, she had a hitch-free delivery, with the following few days of no nightmares. Nevertheless, the next days were not as blissful as she hoped.

Audrey shared in an additional post about the ordeals she went through. She wrote,

“As you try to help ease one pain, it makes you more aware of the others. It’s one of the hardest and most humbling seasons in my life. And I don’t think people talk about it enough.”

She shared how hard it is for new mothers and that despite the joy that comes with childbirth, there are also struggles every mother faces.

Audrey is no newbie to the difficulties of childbirth. Now with three children, the author has had quite an experience with labor.

Most recently, the writer applauded fellow mothers on her Instagram story, where she also posted a photo of her newly born son. She wrote:

“I wish all you postpartum mamas out there could read my DMs right now, literally thousands of you guys expressing your postpartum hurts and the hard that is this season.”

Audrey assured the women that they were not alone as she acknowledged the two types of pain women go through after childbirth; the physical and mental state.

The reality star then encouraged her followers to be truthful to themselves and see how they can be open to others and added that they may give themselves "more grace for this season."

The "Little People, Big World" Couple, Is Thankful

Before the postpartum discussion, it was a celebratory time for the Roloff family as they introduced their son to the world over the weekend.

The new parents expressed their excitement about their new bundle of joy on Instagram. Based on a report by The Blast, the new mother shared a video of her son sleeping.

In the caption, she excitedly shared her baby's gender, name, birth time, and weight. The mother-of-3 concluded her lengthy message with:

"A word that I had been praying over this birth was “harmony.” And it truly was one of the most harmonious experiences."

Fans were very happy for the new blessing to the Roloff family as they filled the comment section with complimentary messages.
