Kim Kardashian Roasts Herself in Hilarious Speech at Simon Huck's Wedding

Kim Kardashian's quest to find the one has definitely involved some twists and turns over the years. However, the "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" star, justice advocate and SKIMS mastermind clearly isn't above poking fun at her struggle. Over the weekend, Kardashian was in attendance for the wedding of her old friend, PR exec Simon Huck, to his longtime boyfriend, Phil Riportella.

At the November 12 rehearsal dinner, Kardashian got on the microphone and led with a series of lines that put her recent "Saturday Night Live" exploits to shame.

Kardashian's full-on foray into self-deprecation opened with a joke that got the room buzzing. "It's honestly so nice to be here for a gay wedding," she said. "I mean, I haven't been to one since my second wedding." Kardashian was, of course, referencing her former union with then-NBA player Kris Humphries, a marriage that resulted in her filing for divorce just 72 days after saying, "I do."

From there, the 41-year-old really twisted the proverbial knife, all but declaring herself inept where the bonds of matrimony are concerned.

"When Simon asked me to talk tonight, I was a little bit confused because I haven’t really figured out this marriage thing myself, so I don’t know what kind of advice he thinks I’m gonna give to you guys tonight," she said, again inciting laughter from attendees.

It wasn't all about the jokes for the reality star, though. As reported by The Sun, she attempted to give the happy couple a handful of tips and tricks to aid them on their big day and beyond. Kardashian noted that she did "learn a lot" and apparently served up some pointers on how to look in their wedding pictures.

She further noted that, after knowing Simon for "15-plus years" and Phil for what she described as "a long time," she was able to conclude that their marriage would yield a better result than hers.

"I know this is going to work," she reportedly declared. "I know real love when I see it."

Before marrying Humphries, a 19-year-olf Kardashian wed music producer Damon Thomas in 2000. Three years later, she filed for divorce citing physical and emotional abuse.

Kardashian's latest marriage to hip-hop icon Kanye West, with whom she shares four children, followed her previous unions to the chopping block. Kardashian officially filed for divorce in February of 2021 and, two months later, Ye concurred that they would end their marriage due to "irreconcilable differences" while agreeing to joint custody of kids North, Saint, Chicago and Psalm.

Huck's wedding -- which was also attended by Khloe Kardashian and Kendall Jenner, as relayed by People -- wasn't the only one she has guested at in recent days. Kim K was also on hand for the November 11 wedding of old pal Paris Hilton to Carter Reum, via E! News.

Kardashian and West have continued to be supportive of one another as they co-parent. Meanwhile, Kardashian has been spotted getting cozy with SNL star Pete Davidson on a number of occasions.
