On Monday, Kelly Ripa took to her Instagram page to share a list she's calling the 'It’s OK/It’s Not OK list', which consists of items that are ok for people to do, and others, not so much. Ripa felt compelled to issue this list amid the coronavirus pandemic because she claims 'it struck a chord'.

In the Instagram post, she covered a myriad of topics including people dealing with the loss of their jobs and the subsequent development of depression and anxiety to those thinking its not a big deal to congregate in big groups.

"It’s ok to feel scared and alone and helpless," Ripa began in her Instagram post on Monday. "It’s ok to feel overwhelmed worrying about money, jobs and the sheer number of cases. It’s ok to think you’re developing symptoms every time you read a new news article. It’s ok to not know what to say to your kids when they ask why."

It is not ok to suffer anxiety attacks in silence," she said, finishing her list of 'what not to do'. Ripa concluded her post by urging her followers to be good to one another. She also offered a few words of encouragement during this difficult time by stating, "We’ll get through it together."

While this list was published on social media, Ripa shared it on her show, 'LIVE with Kelly and Ryan', which was filmed from each of the hosts' homes.

Co-host, Ryan Seacrest believed that the list was thorough and comprehensive in nature, but felt that there was one more thing to add to the 'It's OK' portion of it. His addition involved the need to check on friends and loved ones.

"It’s okay to reach out and check on family and friends," the American Idol host chimed in. Of course, he had to also add something to the 'It's Not OK' part. "It’s not okay to talk trash during a game of Candy Land," he said jokingly to add brevity to the segment.
