At this point it's no secret that most celebrities are less than impressed by the current dude in the White House Donald Trump, for a multitude of reasons that don't just involve his current handling of the widespread COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic. His politics rub some folks the wrong way, his demeanor can come across as less than tactical and his image on the world stage causes constant headaches for many Americans when we realize on a daily basis this is the man "the people" elected to the highest office in our nation.

But aside from those who want nothing to do with Trump or his politics there are tons of celebrities who have been huge supporters of Trump for many years. Some who come to mind are former Superman actor Dean Cain, Academy Award winning actor Jon Voight, comedian Roseanne Barr and, surprisingly, legendary boxer Mike Tyson who has known Trump for many years, way before he came to power in the White House. In an interview with The Daily Beast ( via CBS News )Tyson had nothing but Praise for Trump.

"I know him," the boxer told the Daily Beast. "When I see him, he shakes my hand and respects my family. None of them - Barack, whoever - nobody else does that. They're gonna be who they are and disregard me, my family.

"So I'm voting for him. If I can get 20,000 people or more to vote for him, I'm gonna do it."

Another person offering their support for Trump is actress Kirstie Alley, who also had nothing but great things to say about Trump in the aftermath of his response to the current widespread pandemic.

Pop Culture reports;

In a tweet Monday night, the Cheers alum applauded the president for reacting to the pandemic with "boundless energy" and "sincerity," comments that did not go over well with some Twitter users who have differing opinions on how Trump has handled the current crisis.

Of course, Twitter is now lighting Alley up with their opinions on her remarks, and the consensus is that they are none too pleased with what she has to say. And they are not holding back their opinions.

One user commented "This is funny, but understandable coming from someone who believes humans are from an alien pod from like 7 billion years ago and worships at the alter of L Ron Hubbard." with another adding their own thoughts by writing "Kirstie Alley being an idiot? Typical. She blocked me back in 2016 when I asked her if she could be any dumber for proudly supporting scientology and trump. Seriously. Who gets it that wrong?"

Clearly while the rest of the country has questions about what's going on Alley is content with the way things are turning out.
