Harry Styles is doing his best to keep busy during self-quarantine and his focus is on keeping fans happy. Still, his tour has been added to the massive list of summer and spring cancellations. It was announced on March 25 on the former One Direction Member’s Instagram that his “Love On Tour” has been rescheduled for 2021 only weeks after it was originally announced. Fans across the world have been appreciative, understanding, and thankful for each entertainment delay; Styles fans responded with positive feedback as well.

In his personal announcement Styles explains, “Anyone who knows me, knows that performing has always been my favorite part of working in music. However, during times like these, the safety and protection of touring crew, fans, and everyone else around the world is an immediate priority.” He also ensures that all tickets that had been previously purchased for the show are still valid. He ended his message by wishing for everyone to remain self-isolated and to "treat people with kindness".

Styles also one-ups himself by tripling the number of tour stops from his previously announced tour; adding Bologna, Italy, and Turin, Italy as his first two shows. This small change shows the compassion that Styles and his team have for the current worldwide pandemic. Last week, Italy surpassed China and became the country with the most deaths and second-most cases. According to Wordmeter, the site that provides live information on the World population, their death toll has now reached 6,820.

Since our international aim for social-isolation began, Styles has done his best to ensure his personal connection to fans remained. This effort is paying off and his light is shining through. Styles’ single “Adore You” just hit seven on the Billboard Top 100, jumping nine spots in one week, accompanied by Justin Bieber and Billie Eilish who have been making the same effort to fans and have similar gains. Styles, on the other hand, has made a more sophisticated effort, by also giving fans Jack Johnson vibes on NPR's "Tiny Desk Concerts” series.

The former One Direction member is continuing to show his growth during this time of isolation and self-reflection. In his recent interview on BBC Radio 1, he explained that “It’s a little difficult but it’s alright — I’m lucky I’m with friends in our little safe self-isolation pod.” The singer is using this time to learn new skills and try new hobbies. Right now, he is focusing on learning Italian and even trying out some sign language classes. That's so much more responsible than the Netflix trance that everyone else has been under.
