"Any reports that Amanda is suffering from drug or alcohol addiction issues are completely false," he explained. "We ask for privacy during this time, and for any speculation about her personal life from the public and the media to cease to Amanda can focus on getting better."

Just last month, Bynes announced her engagement on Valentine's Day to beau Paul Micahel. And a month after that, the couple shared their ultrasound with the world, revealing that they were expecting a baby too.

However, the pregnancy reveal was deleted almost immediately after being announced by Bynes. There is no news about why Bynes decided to take the post down. Her fiance Micahel claims that despite what her attorney says, Bynes is not in fact seeking treatment from a hospital, she is instead being treated for trauma in an inpatient facility.

He shared, "She's not ordered to go to a hospital. She's ordered to go a residential treatment, which is called inpatient, but she's not in a hospital."

Although Bynes has made some major strides in taking care of herself and prioritizing her mental health in terms of her ongoing issues, Micahel relayed that some childhood trauma has flared up and resulted in some issues for Bynes' present.

"She is affected by trauma from her childhood. The anxiety made her drop out of school and the judge ordered her to work on that in residential treatment," he continued. "She's allowed to come and go as long as she goes to therapy. She's doing really well, besides anxiety and trauma."

According to reports, Bynes and Micahel first met while attending AA meetings. Since connecting, they have entered a cycle of starts and stops within their relationship. So news of them taking their romance to another level by being engaged came as a surprise.

There were even reports that suggested they called it quits back earlier this month. However, they allegedly reunited days later on March 9. Apparently, that Monday was the same day the judge would order her into a treatment facility.

The time surrounding the engagement for any couple should be a great one, but in addition to having a court order to re-enter a treatment facility for her mental health issues, Bynes' parents have been publicly disapproving to the relationship between Bynes and Micahel. Due to the fact that Bynes is under consevatorship by her parents since 2014. An insider revealed to E! News that getting her parents to approve of the marriage would be highly unlikely.

"Amanda's parents are fully aware of her engagement and at this point are not approving Amanda to legally get married under the conservatorship," the insider shared.
