Lisa Rinna Calls Transitioning Mom Lois Her 'Hero' Following Massive Stroke

The "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star, 58, took to Instagram earlier today to upload a video of her mom Lois Rinna, 93. The clip showed Lois dancing in the kitchen, dressed in a black top with long sleeves and gold buttons along her left shoulder, pairing it with leather pants. Instead of using the video's original audio, Lisa added Bette Midler's song, "Wind Beneath My Wings."
Lisa captioned the post by writing, "My Hero. ❤️"
The upload earned more than 62,000 likes and over 3,800 comments after only a few hours of posting.

"Love you so much Lois. May peace be with you," Lisa's "RHOBH" co-star, Dorit Kemsley, commented.
"We love her so much," Lisa's other co-star, Sutton Stracke, also wrote.

Lisa's update came after she announced on Instagram that her mom "had a stroke" yesterday. The mother of two has been spending time in the hospital with her ill mother.
"I know how much you appreciate and LOVE Lois so I need to tell you that she has had a stroke, I am with her now," Lisa captioned the post, along with a video of Lois dancing to "Despacito" by Luis Fonsi feat. Justin Bieber. "So lets celebrate her and send her so much love while she transitions. I was so conflicted to share this very very sad news with you, but I know you would want to know. 💔🙏🏼"
'RHOBH' Co-Stars Show Support
Fans and fellow celebrities showed their support for Lisa, sending thousands of messages. In over a day, Lois' video racked up more than 1 million likes.
"Love you Lisa. We all love Lois so much. Please give her a kiss for us. Sending love & prayers ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️" Kyle Richards wrote.
"Im so sorry 😢 sending you lots of love and prayers," Kim Zolciak-Biermann added.
Meanwhile, Garcelle Beauvais simply dropped a trail of heart emojis.
Sharon Stone also commented by writing, "Oh honey I’m deeply moved by this news Right there with an open heart meditating and sending so much love your way."
The Grandkids
The share also prompted Lisa's daughters, whom she shares with husband Harry Hamlin, to show their love for their loving grandmother.
"I have no words. I love you forever nana FaceTiming you today and laughing then crying with you was one of the hardest things I’ve had to do," Delilah Hamlin, 23, noted.
“Love you nana, forever," Amelia Hamlin, 20, wrote.

Lisa's mom first suffered a stroke in 2013.
“Are you kidding? My Mom had a devastating stroke 6 years ago and had to learn how to walk and talk again months of rehabilitation she is one of the lucky ones," she tweeted in May 2019.
She added, "She is not the same as she once was but she has overcome so much. We are blessed and so grateful."
In June, Lisa and Amelia celebrated Lois' birthday. The trio was seen dancing in a video posted on the model's Instagram account.
