Many people placed blame on Prince Harry and Meghan Markle when they decided to exit from the royal family and attempt to become financially independent private citizens.

These critics blamed the Duchess of Sussex and accused her of talking her husband into leaving, claiming she was only trying to enhance her fame and fortune. But other sources have defended the couple, indicating their time with the Windsor family was not an entirely happy one. According to this source, their reunion wasn't either.

Despite the naysayers, Prince Harry has been very vocal about this entire ordeal and has frequently called out the British press for their treatment of his wife during their time in the United Kingdom.

Harry recently revealed he has been in therapy for several years to cope with the loss of his mother, Princess Diana, in the late 1990s. Reports said Diana had died in a car accident while allegedly trying to escape the paparazzi. Prince Harry has said he does not want the same thing to happen to his family.

However, the Sussexes have yet to escape the paparazzi, even in their new home, they have been forced to issue a cease and desist to photographers. Their letter cited reckless driving and camping out in front of their house as examples of the dangers of the media.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex returned to the United Kingdom this month to take part in the Commonwealth Day celebrations with the rest of the royals.

Reports said the Sussexes were to bring Master Archie along with them to the reunion, but he was ultimately left behind in Canada. Royal experts and commentators were upset by this decision, claiming it was unfair to the queen, but sources later indicated Archie was left home due to the COVID-19 global pandemic.

A source who is reportedly a friend of Meghan's says the duchess was rather uncomfortable upon returning to the United Kingdom for the Commonwealth Day celebration.

According to the report, Meghan felt it was odd that nobody hugged her and Harry after being reunited. This friend says the Duchess feels the royals are too uptight in this way and that she wants to allow her infant son to grow up in a house that is "full of laughter and joy and lots of hugs."
