Lala Kent is fully breaking her silence regarding her split from Randall Emmett.

The “Vanderpump Rules” star opened up about her current life situation on the Tuesday episode of her podcast, “Give Them Lala… with Randall.”

Looks like she’ll have the change the podcast name to omit ‘with Randall.’

Lala was joined by her assistant Jessica and admitted “I have much bigger fish to fry.”

She explained she’s taking every day “one minute at a time since the big breakup.

“A seven-month-old can’t sit around and wait for you to get over s**t. You better keep your f***ing head up and do your thing, so that’s what I do,” Lala explained.

The reality TV star went on to admit that she never imagined her life looking the way it does currently.

“I just never thought my life would be where it is right now. And you know that’s okay. That’s totally fine,” she said. “There’s moments when I have pits in my stomach and I’m like, ‘I need God to takeover right now,’ because it’s too much and he does.”

Lala is focusing on Ocean

When looking back on her ‘chapter’ with Randall, Lala explains she’s happy it happened because if it hadn’t, she’d never have her daughter Ocean.

Lala remains optimistic adding, “I feel so hopeful and happy.”

The Blast previously reported on the couple’s breakup in October.

Mid-October Lala went on a deleting spree, meaning she deleted every trace of Randall from her social media accounts.

The drastic move came after he was reportedly caught cheating on her with two other women in Nashville, Tennessee.

Neither Lala nor Randall confirmed the rumors, but all signs point to infidelity.

During last week’s episode, Lala had her friend and co-star, Brittany Cartwright, on the podcast and opened up a little bit about the situation.

"I want to acknowledge that I'm sure everyone knows what is going on between Randall and myself and just in my personal life," she said. "There will be a time where I feel comfortable enough to open up and share.”

Lala noted that today is ‘definitely not that day.’

She continued, “It's been a lot, I'm going through a lot and I just at this point in time want to protect my child, she’s my number one priority.”

Obviously being on a reality TV show and in the public eye, Lala knows her fans want answers.

“I know what I signed up for. I’m on a reality television show, but in this moment, it is not about me, it is about my kid and privacy is the only thing I am looking for, for her sake. With that being said, I am kind of putting my steps into play that we work on in AA, which is one day at a time,” Lala said.

The new mom celebrated three years of sobriety not long after the breakup rumors ran rampant, and she even thanked her sobriety for keeping her sane.
