Kourtney Kardashian Feels Kim Is Taking Away The Spotlight With Pete Davidson Relationship

Kourtney Kardashian feels her younger sis, Kim Kardashian, is sabotaging her and Travis Barker’s time in the spotlight.

Kourtney and Travis completely stole the spotlight back in October when the former Blink-182 drummer got down on one knee and popped the question, ‘Will you marry me?’

This is the first time in a very, very long time that the Poosh founder has been the subject of all media headlines and garnered every ounce of attention.

This reportedly didn’t sit well with Kim, and reports now claim her fling with ‘SNL’ star, Pete Davidson, is just to take the attention away from Kourtney.

A source told Heat Magazine, “Kim is desperate to find a new relationship and she’s not ruling anyone out.”

In case you didn’t know, the KKW Beauty founder filed for divorce from her husband of seven years, Kanye ‘Ye’ West, earlier this year.

The divorce has yet to be finalized, but the former couple have remained very close and continue to co-parent their four children.

Heat Magazine’s source continued saying, “Kourtney think it’s [Pete Davidson fling] all talk, and she’s just doing this for attention and to compete with her.”

Kim and Pete met in 2019 during a dinner party with ‘Ye’ and reunited on ‘SNL’ in early October. During her hosting debut, the two shared a kiss during an “Aladdin” sketch, and were then spotted holding hands on a rollercoaster at Knott’s Scary Farm in Southern California.

Since their two very public displays of affection, Kim and Pete have tacked on more public displays of affection.

They took in two dinner dates back-to-back earlier this month.

As for Pete and Kim’s rumored romance overshadowing ‘Kravis’ 15-minutes of fame, it’s not sitting well with the eldest Kardashian sibling.

“Kourtney has really been enjoying her moment in the spotlight after years of being on the sidelines and feels as though Kim can’t let her have it, even for a minute,” the source continued to tell the outlet.

The insider noted that the mother-of-four has been “loving the attention from the comedian and bragged he’s been making her laugh.

While Kim and Pete remain steadfast in their claims that they’re “just friends,” sources close to the couple say there is definitely more going on.

In fact, the ‘SNL’ cast member was asked about the status of his relationship with Kimmy earlier this week, and he responded.

In a recent interview, Davidson was put on the hot seat. He was asked to confirm his relationship with the socialite but found an ingenious way around the question.

While on Monday’s “Late Night With Seth Meyers”, ET reported that the host was quick to ask Davidson to confirm if the ongoing press news on him was real or a rumor.

The 27-year-old knew Meyers was hinting at his speculated romance with Kardashian. “Yeah, I’ve been wanting to talk about this,” a grinning Davidson said, adding that passersby have been whispering and giving him looks.

The ‘Saturday Night Live’ comedian clarified, “But it is true.” Before fans could celebrate or complain over his confirmation, Davidson added, “I do have a show on Tubi coming out. The Tubi.”

It’s also been rumored that their blossoming friendship, romance, whatever you want to call it, will be documented on the Kardashian’s new Hulu reality TV show.
