Jared Leto said that his infamous gifts to "Suicide Squad" co-stars were an exaggerated joke.

The actor said there were no used condoms or anal beads sent to his co-stars.

Leto's gifts were "given with a spirit of fun and adventure and received with laughter."

Leto said, "99.9 percent of what people read is bulls***," adding that "it was all filmed."

During the 2016 "Suicide Squad" premiere, Will Smith said Leto broke protocol by going "full Joker."

Killer Croc character, Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje, received "sticky Playboy magazines" from Leto in good fun.

Leto said he is allowed to play certain jokes, and haters can "kiss my ass."

Leto lost his Oscar for best-supporting actor in "Dallas Buyers Club" three years ago.

There's no chance of a replacement as the Academy said they "have never replaced a statuette."
