Sesame Street Collaborates With Billie Eilish, To Celebrate Season Premiere
Sesame Street has big plans for their season premiere on Thursday, as they are bringing in Billie Eilish, for a duet. She will be singing her “Happier Than Ever” song. Eilish is seen sitting next to The Count, one of the show’s most popular characters, as she is singing the lyrics “When I’m counting with you, I’m happier than ever…” Big Bird was also displayed in this scene, with Eilish and The Count.

Sesame Street Has Been Trending After Big Bird Got His COVID-19 Vaccine
Billie Eilish’s duet with Sesame Street isn’t the only thing that has had social media buzzing, regarding this iconic show. Last weekend, it was announced that Big Big’s character received a COVID-19 vaccine shot.
“I got the COVID-19 vaccine today! My wing is feeling a little sore, but it’ll give my body an extra protective boost that keeps me and others healthy. Ms. @EricaRHill even said I’ve been getting vaccines since I was a little bird. I had no idea!”
This tweet went viral, to the point that it received a reply, from President Joe Biden’s Twitter feed. Biden replied, by saying “Good on ya, @BigBird. Getting vaccinated is the best way to keep your whole neighborhood safe.”

Billie Performed In ‘The Nightmare Before Christmas’ Concert Last Month
The 19-year-old pop star has definitely been appealing to the younger audience in very creative ways lately. Last month, Eilish played the role as Sally, in the live-to-film concert performance of “The Nightmare Before Christmas.” This event was held in Los Angeles’ Banc of California Stadium. Danny Elfman served as the composer, for the show.
Billie Earned Her Second Straight Number One Album This Summer
Billie Eilish’s “Happier Than Ever” song also appeared on her second studio album, “Happier Than Ever.” This was released back on July 31, after months of anticipation. The album went on to debut at number one, on the Billboard 200 chart, and is Eilish’s second consecutive number one album. Additional hits included “Your Power,” “My Future,” and “Therefore I Am.”
Billie’s Happier Than Ever Tour will also kick off on February 3, in in New Orleans. It will run all the way through July 2, as it will conclude in Zurich, CH.
