Yet, another show has been cancelled. The Jonas Brothers along with their management team have decided to cancel their upcoming Las Vegas residency amidst the recent spread of the coronavirus.

Joe Jonas took to Instagram on Friday to announce the sad news of the cancellation:

“Hey guys, We’ve been monitoring the situation and after careful consideration and growing concern for our fans, touring staff, and families’ wellness we regret to announce that our April 1-18 Las Vegas residencey at Park MGM is being cancelled.”

Joe Jonas is also said to be expecting to have his first child with wife Sophie Turner. So taking precautionary steps for the ‘soon to be dad’ is of utmost importance. However, it was still a difficult decision to confirm the cancellation. The statement continued:

“We did not make this decision lightly. We were SO excited for the opportunity to share an amazing show with you guys, but nothing is more important than everyone’s health and safety. We are sad to disappoint you guys, but it’s important for everyone to do what we can to keep everyone healthy.”

Although the news was heartbreaking to their fans, they wanted to make sure that fans who have paid for their tickets already knew exactly what to do in order for them to get refunds.

“Tickets will be refunded at the original point of purchase. Please reach out there if you have any questions on your refund.”

The statement concluded with a heartfelt message from on behalf of the brothers:

“We love you guys and we are praying for everyone’s safety and wellness. We’ll see you soon.”

However, although their upcoming shows have been canceled, it seems as if Sophie Turner and Joe Jonas did not let the recent coronavirus stop them from having a babymoon. They were recently seen vacationing off in Mexico having the time of their lives.

According to E!News, the couple was seen enjoying their baby-moon by a poolside in Cabo San Lucas over the weekend.

Joe and Sophie stayed with a group of friends and "had a fun weekend relaxing and hanging out at a beach club," a source said.

Although the coronavirus pandemic has caused the entire world to take precautionary measures to stay safe, the couple still seemed to safely celebrate their babymoon.

The source added, “It was a fun little vacation with friends and they made the most of every being outside, playing games and relaxing."

Us Weekly previously reported that Joe and Sophie always wanted to have a baby. "Having children and starting a family was part of Joe and Sophie's plan," a source said. "They've always known they've wanted kids."
