Kaley Cuoco straight-up admitted it today – her impromptu “A Cup of Cuoco” Instagram series tends not to deliver an episode two days in a row. Then again, these are trying times, with the 34-year-old actress opening up with a mention of COVID-19 as she appeared in her signature nightgown wardrobe.
You’re probably more than up-to-date on coronavirus. As to Kaley and her nightgowns, if you’re less familiar, it’s a look that the “Big Bang Theory” actress has admitted she “only rehearses” in. It’s also the standard as the blonde shoots the series that shows her enjoying her first coffee of the day.
The video (seen below) showed Kaley looking particularly upbeat as she was joined by 31-year-old sister Briana. The blonde was rocking a pink and patterned nightgown that she announced was from Amazon .
“This is a genius Amazon buy,” Kaley said. “You guys, look, it says: Any time coffee time…hug in a mug.” Kaley then related how convinced she was that the garment was “made” for her “A Cup of Cuoco” show.
Kaley did, however, swiftly move onto talk about coronavirus.
“So….life is crazy,” Kaley stated, adding that “so much has changed since yesterday morning.” The sitcom star called COVID-19 a “wacky virus,” before confirming that her upcoming HBO Max TV show “The Flight Attendant” has finally shut down. The halted production for a minimum two-week period now echoes the empty audience situation seen on Kelly Ripa and Kimmy Fallon’s shows, not to mention the movies that have had production paused.
For Kaley, though, there was an upside. Quite simply, the actress will be getting two weeks off.
Also shared was Kaley’s most-exciting news. The star and husband Karl Cook are finally set to make their “unconventional marriage” a conventional one – the 2018-married couple hasn’t lived together since they tied the knot, but their newly-purchased home is all ready to be moved into. It’s happening tomorrow.
“Karl and I get to move into our new house tomorrow,” Kaley said.
The 9-minute, 49-second video also saw Kaley and sister Bri get into a mini fight over nightgowns, but the topic eventually returned to what’s on everyone’s mind – washing those hands to help fight the virus spread. Kaley herself recently freaked out on-camera after she realized how much she was touching her face.
“Feeling positive even after losing an hour of sleep! And ready for my @Starbucks Blonde Sunrise Blend coffee at home.. these blends will definitely brighten up your spring mornings! They are delightful and everyone knows that I know coffee! #StarbucksSunrise #ad also it’s #internationalwomensday and let me remind you, we can do ANYTHING ?,” Kaley wrote.
Kaley then admitted that she takes her coffee so hot, it has to “burn” her esophagus.
