What TV Shows to Stream During These Hectic Times

While everyone is freaking out about the coronavirus, and fighting over toilet paper (for some reason) at your local Cosco, sometimes you just need an escape from it all. So take a seat, and let's go through some great shows to get your mind off the world for a bit, all while getting immersed in their worlds.

While these are some shows we'll discuss that you may have already binged on once upon a time, there's still a lot you probably haven't seen.

This mundane, yet hysterical comedy from NBC has been over for over seven years now, but it still holds its own to this day. It follows the day-to-day antics of a paper company. With a brilliant cast featuring the unstoppable Steve Carrel as Michael Scott, John Krasinksi as Jim, and Rainn Wilson as Dwight Shrute, this tiny office is bound to get your mind off things, and one of the good things about the show is its immense re-watch value, some fans have watched all of The Office at least five times!

It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia

If you want to dip your feet into the outrageous, look no further than FX's It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia. With a hilarious, and talented ensemble cast, the owners of Paddy's Pub get into some of the craziest predicaments on TV. The show can be compared to Curb Your Enthusiasm, but on a completely different level. Its genius writing, and take on societal issues is bound to get your mind off stress, and replace it with laughter.

Also, if you want to see a prime example of Always Sunny's genius, check out Season 9, Episode 7 titled "The Gang Gets Quarantined", you'll see some similarities to what's happening now.

The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel is an Amazon Prime exclusive that took audiences off guard with its incredible writing, acting, and set pieces. The show follows a housewife played by Rachel Brosnahan, and her long hilarious journey to become a stand-up comic. During its run, the show has amassed 3 golden globes, and another 62 awards on top of that. If you are looking for a show with sharp, fast-paced hilarity, look no further than The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel.
