The most recent season of Sister Wives has taken a turn. Many fans feel that the show no longer focuses on the family lives and daily routines of a polygamous family. Instead, the show is focusing on the wives as they move from house to house in Flagstaff, Arizona.
In fact, each episode in the season so far has featured the wives discussing real estate, building houses, looking at land, and trying to choose a rental. Many fans say that it is exhausting to watch the family move.
Over the course of the show, fans have seen the Brown family move constantly. The family started in Lehi, Utah, but moved to Las Vegas, Nevada, in the second season. The family started in rental homes in Las Vegas, and eventually they were able to build their own homes in a cul-de-sac. In 2018, the family decided to pick up and move to Flagstaff. While Christine Brown bought a house, the other three wives have had to move into at least two different rentals each. Meri has had three rentals.
The goal of Kody Brown and his wives has been to build houses on the land they have purchased in Flagstaff, but they have not begun building yet. In the last few episodes, viewers have watched the family look at the land and talk about building the houses, but no steps have been taken yet. Instead, we’ve listened to a lot of discussion about rentals and moving. Viewers have seen countless scenes featuring U-hauls and moving furniture, and they are starting to become frustrated.
Fans are taking to Twitter to vent their frustrations at the new season. One user wrote, “Sister Wives is so boring this season. I don’t care who lives where.” Other fans were quick to chime in with their own opinions.
Others were critical of the family’s move to Flagstaff. One viewer said, “Robyn, ‘God’ provides y’all homes in a gated cul-de-sec in Vegas but all 4 of y’all decided to listen to Kody and move for no logical reason.” Some responded with criticism that Robyn seems to refuse to move into a home with fewer than five bedrooms (though ideally she would like six).

Fans were also quick to discuss the storylines they actually do want to see, and they think TLC should take note.
One fan pointed out that there have been many other things they want to see: Meri running her own bed and breakfast, Ysabel’s journey with scoliosis, the friendship between Christine and Janelle, the marriages of the adult children, and even Kody’s daily routine of shuffling from house to house. One thing is clear: Twitter users want Sister Wives to focus more on the dynamics of polygamy and not the homes each wife lives in.
Isabyl's scoliosis is on going so don't know why they don't focus on real issues To keep talking abt building on the property, the "one home" is dull & fake We all know Kody doesn't want 2 live in 1 home said The Cul De Sac was stressful 4 him Most boring Season of #SisterWives
