When it comes to reality television many people tend to watch for the drama. True, there are certain shows like ABC's long running Bachelor and Bachelorette franchises that come equipped with many moments of intrigue, drama and romance. However those shows pale in comparison to the ones that bring consistent, in your face craziness that can only be delivered on reality television. And one sub-category of reality television revolving around romance deals with couples who desperately need counseling for their relationships.

One of the most popular series that deals with relationship issues, and celebrities, is WE TV's popular series Marriage Boot Camp, where couples come to air out their issues with the help of a therapist, only to unearth truths that they themselves had no idea were going on from past trauma they may have experienced. Now, Oprah Winfrey's network OWN is looking to capitalize on that trend by introducing its own version of the relationship therapy series titled Love Goals.

Showbiz Cheatsheet reports that Love Goals will feature celebrity couples who are in desperate need of a fix to their tattered relationships.

The network’s newest show, Love Goals, follows four celebrity couples in dire need of relationship counseling. Over a two week period, the couples will work with a licensed relationship counselor who will help them decide whether to stay together or split.

The show follows the success of OWN's hit series Love and Marriage Huntsville, but this show will primarily deal with the couples healing what's broken in their relationships.

The cast of Love Goals should prove to add many tense moments of drama and explosive fights, as some have previously appeared on Marriage Boot Camp yet they're still together in their pursuit of strengthening their bond. Love Goals will feature five couples including former Salt N Pepa member DJ Spinderella and comedian Quenton 'Q' Coleman. They're both dealing with Spinderella's controlling nature, an issue hindering them from taking that walk down the aisle. They're hoping Love Goals will help them get through their issues.

Another couple in desperate need of a reality check are former Marriage Boot Camp cast members Benzino and his wife Althea Heart. The two of them have had many issues that played out in public for years. Now they're back to fix what's broken.

The two are hoping that Love Goals will help them end the cycle of verbal abuse and their constant on-again-off-again relationship. They argue viciously and hit below the belt. One preview shows Benzino calling Heart out of her name and wishing death upon her.

Other celebs on the show include 90's rapper Coolio, former video vixen Sundy Carter and retired NFL player Dwayne "Money" Bowe.

New episodes of Love Goals premiere Saturdays at 9pm on OWN.
