Vicki Gunvalson and Steve Lodge could be getting married sooner rather than later.
Less than two months after Gunvalson confirmed she would not be featured on the upcoming 15th season of The Real Housewives of Orange County, Gunvalson opened up about her future with Lodge during an interview with PEOPLE magazine.
During a discussion with the magazine about her new Westwood One podcast, Whoop It Up with Vicki, Gunvalson confirmed she will be giving listeners updates about her family life and wedding.
According to Gunvalson, her fiancé would love to get married as soon as possible. Meanwhile, she’s a bit more rational when it comes to planning for their special day.
“Steve wants to get married, like, tomorrow,” Gunvalson admitted. “He’s like, ‘Let’s just go and do it.’ And I keep being like, ‘I’m a little busy this week!’ He’d be find going to the courthouse. But I’m like, ‘I’m not going to the courthouse and getting married! We have all the kids and grandkids and I want everyone there!’ So it’s a real yin and yang.”
In addition to thinking about her upcoming wedding with Lodge, Gunvalson is also in the midst of filming on a new series with her longtime co-star and friend, Tamra Judge.
As Real Housewives of Orange County fans likely saw, Gunvalson and Judge were spotted filming together earlier this month at Judge’s Orange County home, just weeks after they both confirmed their exits from the series. However, when it comes to the details of their potentially upcoming new show, Gunvalson couldn’t say a thing.
After going through years of ups and downs on The Real Housewives of Orange County, Gunvalson has finally found her happy place and believes her love tank is “very filled” in all aspects of her life.
“And it’s not filled because I have a man, or filled because I have a podcast, or filled because I have a reality show, or filled because I have a loving family: it’s filled because I’m happy. I’m super, super blessed and happy,” she gushed.
Looking forward to her future, Gunvalson told PEOPLE magazine that she’s happy with the way that her life is right now, even though she’s no longer a part of the Bravo family.
“I’ve been able to create my happy. I’ve dictated what I want it to be. And when I look back at my life in the next 20 years, I’ll be proud of myself for doing just that,” she shared.
The Real Housewives of Orange County season 15 is in production and expected to air on Bravo sometime later this year.
